Great product been using it for months now no issues with heat levels, size, power, or cord length. I've been using it as a power source mostly for ROG Ally and it works great. I also used to power my phone a few times and did not notice any issues with that. It is easy to use and I feel it's a great value for the money. Also like the build quality it feels solid and not cheap I hope it will last me for years.

I have been using this adapter for almost a year and I have no complains but I do have 1 caveat. I have used it as my one stop shop travel adapter because it can handle my laptop, steam deck, and phone charging at the same time. It doesn't get warm as far as I can tell. It's sturdy and shows quality materials. The cables that come with it are good quality. The only caveat I have is that it's bigger and heavier than the average adapters. Depending on the outlet you use, the weight of the adapter can push down enough to disconnect the adapter from the outlet. Another consideration is its size can block other connections in the outlet. Aside from the weight and size caveats, I don't have any issues with it and will likely continue to use UGREEN for other electronic needs. As a matter of fact, thanks to this adapter, I ended up investing the UGREEN NAS kickstarter. Buy with confidence.

Update May 2025: Ugreen responded quickly with helpful advice. I have not yet been able to test it with my laptop but it worked with my phone. Original Review May 2025: I was initially happy as it performed as expected i.e. was able to charge my laptop at 60W, my phone at fast charging 20W and my 25000mah powerbank at 60W simultaneously. However after just 6 months it stopped working. I have reported it to UGREEN support and am awaiting their response. From a design point of view I found this convenient, but I would still love a slightly more compact 140W+ supply that has the same power.

I mostly got this to have a better charger too use with my ROG Ally. It's relatively small and fits in my travel case for the Ally. The higher output allows the Ally to run at the absolute max without the battery slowly dying. As a bonus I can charge my phone off the USB A port and still have plenty of power to split with the Ally going too. Using both of the C's puts the brick in the territory of the Allys charger which is sufficient but may slowly drain the battery under a max load. Using my Anker 737 Powercore to see the power output. A 240w 6ft cable from Ugreen and an Anker powerline+ 6ft USB A to USBC to charge with. The following is what it measured from the block. On the 140w output it measured around 133W. To be expected because of electrical losses. 100w. It got about 95w. 65w. About 61-63w 45w. About 42w 22.5w (USBA). About 20w The numbers are close and if you use a long (like a 10 footer) cable. You'll get a little more of a loss. On 100w I've seen it drop to about 88-90w. Overall it's a nice small brick with good enough output for my needs.

Got this to replace my standard laptop chargers for both of my work laptops that can charge via USB-C. So, now I can carry a single, lighter weight charger for both. The cord that came with this is only around 6ft long - high quality though - so I ordered a longer 10ft one from Anker and it has worked fantastically.

I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE I WAS TRAVELING IN THE UNITED STATES, AND I OPENED IT WHEN I ARRIVED IN MY COUNTRY. THE CHARGER NEVER WORKED, NO PORT WORKED, IT WAS USELESS, AND I COULDN'T RETURN IT. MY MONEY WAS STOLEN. DON'T BUY IT!!!
