This b d was cheap so I didn’t have high hopes but it is beyond perfect. I saw reviews that it was noisy and “short” I took short as in length but I understand what they meant now. I don't even know how to use a power drill and I can get this baby up and going solo with my crazy curious bull terrier in my face supervising me the whole time. The directions are super easy to follow and it took me less then 30 minutes to put this together by myself. For the price I was afraid it would be cheap but its not. Its nice and sturdy and doesn't squeak or move around a bunch when you lay on it. It is low to the ground but I knew that prior to purchasing. My grandson chose this bed for a replacement of an older one that was wobbly. He and I put it together with some help from his mom. 2 or 3 helpers makes it so much easier! It does sit low to the floor, but we could still slide flatter storage underneath. Looks great and seems very sturdy. If over time that changes, I will come back and update. Bed arrived quickly and was easily assembled in 30mins. I took everything out and layed it out before assembling. Followed instructions to a T! Now per the reviews I knew there was going to be squeaking eventually. So I sprayed wd40 on all connectors when done setting up. I bought this almost exactly one year ago, March 22 2022. I am a 150lb female and for the past 6 months the squeaking has gotten so bad I think I'm going to get another bed frame. I can't switch sides in bed without numerous squeaking. This frame is beautiful, I love the wood, the style, but the squeaking! I don't understand why when I've done everything I can to prevent it. If you're a grown up I don't think this is your bed. Definitely not for couples either. Maybe perfect for kiddos since they're lighter. ... show more
