I bought this primarily for the fans (which are rbg) to help cool while docked. Used to dock my Ally while playing WoW and SWTOR (getting 120fps @ 1080p on an external monitor). This product does not disappoint. Great price for the product/features. The dock provides plenty of extra usb ports and the Ethernet port is a bonus. Can confirm that Ally will recognize 30W turbo when plugged in (used the Ally power to power the dock). 10/10 would recommend this to anyone looking interested in a dock for their ROG Ally and peripherals!!!! ... show more

While this isn't perfect for the Legion Go, it works pretty well. 3 USB 3.0, Ethernet, and HDMI ports are just enough for a basic dock. The fans are a nice touch but aren't really positioned well for the Legion Go. They're also pretty loud... which isn't always an issue because the Legion Go can be loud too but this just makes it that much worse. I wish there was a control on the front or a way to remove them but at least you can turn them off. I would also like it if there was something that would allow me to adjust how close the device would sit to the fans to provide more airflow. I don't have any issues charging my device while connect to it. I think this dock is pretty good but can tell it wasn't really designed with the Legion Go in mind specifically. What I liked about it: Fits the Legion Go great with a small tweak. What I didn't like: Doesn't take full advantage of the Legion Go's USB 4.0 ports. Fans are loud and don't have a speed control. Overall, this seems like a pretty good value for now so I'm happy with it and recommend it for the Legion Go. ... show more

Great dock, dual fans are a plus, keeps it cooled somewhat. I still use a mini fan in addition to this dock.

    • Decent dock that's missing a few key features
I've been testing this dock the past few days with my Steam Deck and it seems to be a decent product and alternative to the more expensive docks currently available (when on sale), although it's missing a few features that keep it from being great. So what does this dock get right? It looks and feels well made. It has a metal base that has some heft to it and makes it look like a premium product. The area of the dock where your Steam Deck or similar device is placed, is wider than most docks so it should accommodate a bulky protective case unlike the official Valve dock. Also, including a dual fan cooling unit is an awesome idea that I wish more dock manufacturers would utilize. The dock includes the following ports: 3x USB 3.0 (5Gbps), HDMI, Ethernet, and 1x USB-C PD (100W). The charging cable is braided and has a 90 degree connector which is always appreciated. I had no issues using this dock. It connected my Steam Deck to my monitor without issue and my connected peripherals worked without a hitch. But where does this dock fall short? One area is the dual fan cooling unit. Although this is a fantastic feature to have, the fans only run at one speed and the sound is definitely noticeable. The other problem is related to the included ports and cost of this dock. This has a MSRP of $59.99 and at that price, it would be difficult to recommend this over the official Valve Steam Deck Dock or a similar dock from JSAUX. The Valve Dock is $20 more but you get a DisplayPort that supports up to 1440p 120hz, a power supply and upgradable firmware. The JSAUX HB0603, which is similar to the Lisen Dock, retails for $39.99 and $54.99 if you want a power supply included. At MSRP, you should definitely look at the other docks. It's when the Lisen goes on sale is when everything gets interesting. ... show more
