  • Great product! Working perfectly on a 2010 Rogue with Bose audio
Installation was a breeze, even the dip switches were already set up to how I needed them. Installed on a 2010 Rogue SV with Bose audio. Sound quality is great, track info displayed on the radio, wheel controls working perfectly as well as the radio buttons, can switch songs perfectly. Connects automatically to the phone. I'm using the original radio bluetooth for the phone, and the BT45 for the music, that works perfectly. If a call is received, the music stops and you can take the call. After hanging up, the music resumes, as expected. Amazing kit, thanks!!! ... show more

  • Installed onto a g35 2004 with satellite button
Value is good... Probably about 50-75 cheaper than other brands which you need to buy accessory cables. Sound quality seems to be slightly off in terms of clarity (have bose speakers) . But I need to listen to what I'm playing more... May be my phones equalizer conflicting with bose settings. I have dinged it one star for the following behavior... The one thing I've noticed and which is annoying is that the Bluetooth once connected goes to maximum volume for the bt45. I've tried a few times and every time I start the car and connect back to it, it does this. Guess I will need to remember to adjust Bluetooth volume before I start playing anything. Pretty sure its not my Samsung S10 as I've connected to a ton of Bluetooth devices and never had this issue. *install instructions* Maybe this will help someone as the manual as a tad confusing for me. For all the cables, there is only one on the back of the radio that fits each of the ends that you need to connect. Can't go wrong just trying... - the connector that goes to the bt45, the other end goes into your satellite on the radio (which then connects to the satellite end that you removed); on the 2004 model, this should be the bottom row, right - now the other 2 included cables, one of them is the correct one for the radio... The radio cable should be top row, left. This 2nd cable has a little black 6 or 8 pin power cable plugs back to the bt45's 6 or 8 pin cable. Connect the radio cable that you disconnected to this other end and connect the ground to a screw on the back. I could not get it to sit in the bottom of the radio enclosure tray... Seem to be missing about one inch to push everything back in. So, i ended up using 2-sided velcro and attached it to the front edge of the panel under driver's side. Just route the bt45 cable through the side panel and you're good. This should also allow me quick access if I ever need to change out any of the cables. ... show more

  • Works in my 08 Nissan Quest
Installed this in my 2008 Nissan Quest. Installation wasn't too bad, but have to remove a lot of the dash just to get access to the back of the factory stereo. Device instructions aren't the best but was able to figure it out. It's pretty easy to use and sound quality is good. My only gripe is that the steering wheel seek button changes the audio input. The seek button on the actual stereo works and will move you up or down a track. The audio button on the steering wheel works. I have the base model stereo and the orange & black display screen scrolls showing the mp3 track name. Getting good audio reports with the included mic and Bluetooth calling. I'm happy with the purchase so far. ... show more

  • Works great and sound quality is excellent
Installed in my son's 2007 Nissan Murano. It was a little difficult to maneuver everything around and it seems like every plastic wiring harness had some different trick to open without breaking the tabs. Having said all that, once installed the device was very easy to use, is very easy to connect to, is reliable and provides great sound quality. MUCH better solution than trying to replace the head unit, especially since the unit also includes all the climate controls in this car. GREAT product. ... show more

  • Works with 2007 Nissan Frontier and Rockford Fosgate audio, with some caveats
For starters, USA SPEC's web site specifically states that if these units are purchased from Amazon, or any online company not Crutchfield, then there is no warranty. For USA SPEC--fix your documentation. Nissan never offered Bose audio as an option for the Nissan Frontier. At least not for the current body style that was created around 2005. The only audio upgrade is Rockford Fosgate (what's in a name; the Rockford Fosgate system is made by Panasonic for Nissan). That said, it works as documented with the Rockford Fosgate audio system. It took me about 20 minutes to install, but I was already familiar with removing my radio and with the connections. The only hard part was getting the new connectors out of the way so the unit will go back in. Hint: move them so that they rest on top of the radio. The cables are idiot proof, so you can't connect them wrong. If you have the Rockford Fosgate system with steering wheel audio controls, know that the steering wheel controls cannot be used at all to change tracks. If you turn off audio with the steering wheel power button, it will stop playing and start again when you turn power on, so that's kinda pause/play. The controls on the radio do work as advertised. Skip back/forward will change tracks, etc. You also get full text display on the radio. The voice prompt setting won't stay turned off, but perhaps that's because the unit I got was from a gray market source? I'll find out since I'm getting one from Crutchfield. I've also had a few problems with connecting to my Pixel 2 XL, but I suspect that's either because of the unapproved supplier, or location of the bluetooth module. Sound quality is fine. Using the satellite input has nothing to do with the sound quality, nor does the fact that this unit impersonates the satellite unit. It is nice having everything mostly integrated, versus a separate bluetooth module that just plugs into my AUX port. I don't and won't likely use this for phone calls, so I have no feedback there. I also already have an AUX port, so probably won't use the one on this product. I'll be cross posting a version of this review on Crutchfield. ... show more
