I’m so glad I chose this model. My daily commute to work is quite long, so I was in urgent need of an electric bike to make getting around a bit easier. I looked at a lot of different models, but I ultimately settled on this one... mainly because I thought it looked really cool—haha! However, when I unboxed it and inspected the goods, I was genuinely surprised: the overall build quality is incredibly solid—even sturdier than the bike I owned previously—and it doesn't feel cheap in the slightest. I assembled the bike right there on my front lawn; I simply followed the video tutorial, and the whole process went very quickly. It’s easy enough for my young son to ride as well, as controlling the speed is quite intuitive. I took it for a test spin around the yard, and the riding experience was incredibly smooth. The display screen on the bike is very practical, allowing me to easily check my current speed and remaining battery life at any time. I’m confident that its range is more than sufficient to meet all my daily commuting needs. So far, everything has been fantastic! If any new developments arise down the road, I’ll be sure to come back and update my review!

This is a good ebike. Its sturdy. The key is located under the frame so turning the bike on and off w the key is a hassle. This bike is extremely heavy. Going up and down the stair is a nightmare. It is foldable, but when its folded to remove the battery, it doesn't have any kickstand or anything to help keep it up so you can remove the battery . You are left the carry the weight of the bike while trying to remove the battery.

I just got my first electric bike, and it's so helpful to me. I've been used to riding a regular bike, it was so exhausting. This e-bike has 3speed levels, and honestly, I mostly stick to 1 or 2 for my daily commute. More than enough power to get me through the whole week without breaking a sweat. When the package first arrived, I was a little nervous about putting it together myself. But to my surprise, a lot of it came pre-assembled. The instructions were pretty clear, and the installation video online was super helpful. Still, since this was my first time assembling something like this, I reached out to customer service just to double-check my work and make sure everything was safe to ride. They were great and really put my mind at ease. One thing I have to mention – the removable battery is a lifesaver. Being able to take it out for charging is so convenient. And the fact that it folds up? Huge plus. I live in an apartment, so storage is always tight, but this folds up nicely and fits in a corner without taking up too much space. I'm really happy with it. My commute takes way less time and effort now. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for something reliable and easy to store

Honestly, I originally picked this e-bike because it looked pretty sleek and well-made, and it's been awesome so far. The setup was way easier than I expected, the video tutorial really saved me time and hassle. The motor is surprisingly powerful. My bf and I have been using it to ride to the store on weekends, and the rear rack is huge, fits a ton of stuff. We've also been folding it up and tossing it in the trunk to bring along for little trips to the mountains. The fat tires handle the rough terrain no problem, and with the battery life, we never worry about running out of juice halfway through. That's honestly my bf's favorite part. Definitely happy with this purchase!

I wasn’t happy with my purchase so I returned and replaced bike , let me tell you this I had to eat the shipping cost to return and also the disassembly fee, after all that this turned into my NIGHTMARE!!!!!!👎🏿

Okay so I was kinda nervous about getting this e-bike cuz I heard some people said putting it together is a total pain. And what if it is broken due to heavy shipping, the return will be a big pain like the last bike I got. But surprisingly, it works well. Honestly. I just watched their video online and it actually shows every step pretty clear, helped me a lot. The “ get product support” option also gives me directions on how to trouble shot different parts. The instruction manual is helpful as well. Overall setup went way smoother than I thought it would be. Convenient for distance travel, and foldable for vehicle to carry.
