This abdominal belt is well made and does what the product description states. However, it is very challenging to put on. It takes me two or three try’s to put it on. I purchased the one based on the size chart and it fits around me but just barely which is nice not to have too much extra material under my shirt. Then when I pull and stretch it sometimes it snaps out of my hand. I’ve had a few abdominal belts before and never had any problems putting them on. In fact, the back support lift belt I use is easy to put on since it has two sides with Velcro adjustments. I’m a bit disappointed but this belt does fit comfortably once installed. ... show more

It works exactly as the picture looks. I bought this post-surgery and it helped me get rid of that Pooch at the bottom of my stomach. It also helps with love handles. I recommend buying one size down if you're looking for a tight fit. It loosens up over time just a little bit

I am using this for abdominal hernia support and am pleased. Since I have difficulty fastening it from the side, I pull it around to the front to fasten and then move it around to the proper position. I had a spinal fusion a few weeks ago I have my prescribed brace for getting outside walking ect it’s to large to sit in taking it on and off just to walk a few steps.
