I have now purchased 20 of these bins to store fabric. They are a good size (slightly smaller than a banker's box, so not too heavy), they stack well on top of each other, they seal well, and are sturdy enough for my purpose. Their price is reasonable for the quality.

Citylife's honeycomb base variety of storage boxes are available in 22.2 QT, 33 QT, and 48 QT sizes. These honeycomb base boxes (with no wheels) are very high quality... second only to the pricey "Really Useful" box company's product (which is even stronger if you are willing to pay the premium). Citylife's honeycomb base boxes offer a excellent level of strength and durability at a reasonable price value. I have purchased these repeatedly, and I am giving them five stars here. HOWEVER... do not purchase Citylife's larger sized wheeled base boxes, which are not honeycomb base, and come in 54 QT and 82 QT sizes. That wheeled base variety is far more cheaply made, with thinner walls, thinner bottom, and flimsy, compared to their vastly superior and thicker stiff honeycomb base variety. (The wheels are nearly useless as well). I purchased those once, and immediately returned them. It is amazing to me that the same company, Citylife, produces one of the strongest plastic storage bins on the market, and also produces one of the weakest plastic storage bins on the market. Stick with the honeycomb base variety, and you will be fine. If you need something bigger than Citylife's 48 QT... I recommend the Really Useful Box Company's offerings, (including their big 64 Liter box, available here on Amazon) which have very thick walls and base, but they are costly.

Even though the edge of one of the bins was broken I kept them. These bins are quite sturdy and the lock feature is adequate. They held all of my Christmas and sundry items. I would buy them again hoping that none were broken upon arrival.

I bought these and another brand of roughly the same size. These were the better of the two. 1. These were shipped in a double-wall box. All four boxes and lids were undamaged. The others were shipped in a flimsy single-wall box. Two of the other lids did not survive. 2. These fit perfectly 3 abreast on standard 4-foot wide wire shelving. 3. Secure latches on the ends where they aren't in the way.
