This machine is good to use if your having trouble sleeping at night. It helps me calm down after a long stressful day. It’s quiet and you can feel the difference after a couple of hours. I like how it has several frequency adjustments you can use. Overall great purchase.

Produces tone sounds of various frequencies, to allegedly help with mood, physical well being, and connection to energy fields. It does create sounds, and the frequencies are adjustable, and widely ranged. There is an earphone jack to put the tones through a speaker or headphones. Using it, it does seem to have an affect on relaxation, even tinnitus. It's experimenting with it, as well as being able to try it, regularly. That is limited for me at this time. It runs off 5 volts, and at least 1amp to power it. The display is back-lit, which can be turned off. There is no casing, just a bare circuit board, but you won't get shocked. It has short pegs for feet to sit on a table. For a lower price than others advertised on Social media, it's decent enough. The earphone jack needed some coaxing to put out sound, but only in a minor amount.

I found no evidence this works beyond a placebo effect.It's also not for me The device itself is small,and I feel like it would very easily break if you bumped or jostled it too hard
