This treadmill absolutely exceeds my expectations. I live in a tiny studio apartment and this treadmill is perfect. I have no extra space for bulky items. As a 72 year old woman with a bad back, I wanted something that folded easily and had wheels on it, plus would give me a good walk. I can easily roll it under my bed when not in use. I use it for at least one hour every day and can feel that I get a good walk in. The motor feels powerful at 3.0 hp, doesn’t feel to be under any strain as I use it, and goes faster than I ever would. I like that it can challenge me. It’s on the heavy side for a home treadmill so I was concerned about being able to pick it up and roll it in front of my window at my age, but it seems designed so it is very easy for me to lift it up just a bit, roll it out from under my bed, pick the end up and roll it on its built in wheels to move it into my living room right in front of the windows. Time goes by so fast as I walk for an hour each day because I can watch the traffic on the highway, boats on the river, airplanes taking off and landing at the airport, and trains traveling down the tracks. It’s a great way to start the day. I’m 5’ 3” tall with wide feet and the deck on this treadmill is plenty wide and long enough for my feet and stride. I like that it has a larger sized desk on top and an easy to read display. It is so convenient and there is plenty of room for my phone, glasses, water, and even the laptop. The pulse meters on the side arms are helpful too. Monitoring my pulse as I workout is important due to my age and having a heart condition, and I can easily adjust my speed up and down in order to maintain a healthy heartbeat as I walk. And those side arms are helpful if I want to hang on periodically as I walk. It has many pre-set programs to pick from, but I really don’t use those. They go up to 10 miles per hour, that’s way too fast for this 72 year old. I haven’t been a runner since in my 40s, but as a runner, if you’re on the fence about this treadmill, I’m sure it would do fine for jogging. I generally walk in the 3.0 to 3.5 mph range, but if younger, I’d not hesitate to jog at a fast pace on this machine. The motor is powerful and never feels like it lugs down - and I’m certainly not the lightest gal around. I love it and am so happy this is the model I bought. It was delivered fast, and packaged well too. By myself I had it out of the box, set up, oiled under the belt, plugged in and was walking on it within 20 minutes of delivery. It works much better than expected! It’s simple and does the job. Perfect for walking and jogs - this is a walking treadmill though! This machine is very well made and very efficient. The seller was also awesome! Simple to put together. I knew this would not have all the extra features like a more expensive treadmill, which is fine. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the treadmill - not because of the actual functionality of the item though. I am a 5'7" female and it seems the handles were in the worst possible placement. I was not able to walk without banging my hand, wrist or arm the entire time. If you plan to hold on and walk, you will be fine. Apparently, I'm an arm swinger so it did not work for me. I was not able to walk as I intended to. I used it 1 time and knew I would not be able to use this as I wanted. The return process was smooth and I'm thankful I gave it a shot. It is a very nice item and I am sure there are lots of people that this will work great for. ... show more

***update**** 01 Aug 2023 The seller was extremely helpful in resolving the faulty unit. They gave me a refund rapidly (less than a few days) with no hassle and even gave me a $20 credit on my Amazon account. As mentioned, there is no risk in purchasing this product due to the excellent customer response in the event the unit fails. I updated to 5 Stars based off of their excellent customer response time and willingness to refund without hassle. ***update**** Seller was very helpful in making things right. They have offered a full refund. I will update upon completion of the refund. It’s sad because initially I really liked this treadmill perfect size and quality build overall. I think they need to do some re-engineering with the display board and motherboard. It’s sad this didn’t work out but, I appreciate the fast courteous service of the customer representative. Perhaps this was a one time thing. This is a purchase where hopefully you get a diamond in the ruff or you may be unfortunate to not get a good lot. Good luck update to follow. ************************ I purchased this treadmill exactly ONE WEEK from today and it has already stopped working. The first day was great, I was extremely happy with my purchase and the set up was easy as it comes. The next few days things were good. On the 3/4th day I noticed the treadmill would intermittently STOP abruptly when I placed my hands on the sidearms during cool down sessions after running at the 5.5-7.0 settings. Thank goodness I have no knee issues or this would have cause a great deal of damage with the abrupt unplanned stops. Today after running 1 mile on and off with stops, the treadmill finally gave out. Screen is blank and I assume the motherboard shorted out or has a blown diode fuse. Additionally, this thing generates so much static electricity it's absurd (treadmill sits on a wood floor with PVC mat) . Big lesson learned here, do not go cheap on a TREADMILL PERIOD! Now the struggle begins with a refund in which there is no way I can find a box for this thing. I will update once I experience the whole return process on this piece of garbage treadmill. AGAIN DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! ... show more
