It started falling apart after less than 3 months. No water or other damage, weight issues, Wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. So almsot $200 was wasted. Should have purchased another maxshot. I may even be careful buying certain electronics on Amazon because I purchased this at the end of June. Its the end of AUGUST and it's falling apart. I was offered a part from the seller, but who wants to start replacing parts on a product I just purchased. No one has time for that especially after waiting two weeks for the part. Period. Probably one of the best scooter models on Amazon. The wide platform allows better balance for kids & adults, plus has a 300 pound rider limit. The heavy duty construction is solid with quality welds. Not many others I have seen (even higher priced ones) can match. Some little improvements I would like to see by the manufacturer: Redirect the hand brake cable a bit as it blocks the headlight beam enough to notice. I wish handle bars were 4-6cm wider to allow for accessory mounts like a phone mount and another. The read fender & loop should be heavier duty. ... show more

Very bad seller and worse product. Seller is rude in the messages he automatically sends after the purchase. Product arrived deffective, it didn't work. Had to spend and additional $310 to repair it because this seller doesn't accept returns or refunds. Avoid this seller like a pest!

If You've got Big Feet size 12 or More this is the Only Scooter I've found with a wider Foot Pad than all the Rest ! I have size 15 shoes , Most of these Scooters have around a 6" wide Pad while this one is almost twice that ! The Scooter isn't good for rough Roads , it's not that easy to handle but with Practice It's worth 4 Stars . Since a lot of your control is with your Feet this may be your best Bet if You have Big Feet ! If you have small Feet or drive on Rough pavement or Gravel this isn't for You ! ... show more
