This is handy for long car trips or long walks in the heat. I would recommend this for smaller dogs/cats or puppies. I don’t think it would work for medium to large breed dogs because the cup is a little small. It can be a little leaky but when you have dogs, it’s expected that you damp from time to time. It’s best if you put this in a cup holder or beverage holder in a back pack.

This thing has become a life saver! Whenever I take my Shih tzu for walks or runs especially in the summertime he starts to get super thirsty, starts panting and sweating from his tongue. Before I found this I was bringing little bowls with water bottles but I couldn’t carry them the whole walk so I would leave them in the car for when we got back from our walks but this is so much better! I can bring it on our walks and he can drink his fresh water while still getting to enjoy his playtime. :) Yes I most definitely recommend this product to any dog parents!!

This thing was a lifesaver for us. I purchased it for traveling with our dogs but even before it arrived one of my dogs ruptured a disc and was paralyzed for several months after surgery. This made it so easy to give her water. Now it is about the only water bottle she will drink out of. We've had it for several years and it still works great. Most definitely worth the price.
