If I could give no stars I would. 75% high star rating is from people who used it once or twice so DO NOT GO BY THAT. We were excited, but it broke first time we used it. We bought this 2 times returned the first one because the tube and plastic part melted off where the connector was for the tube. Second time worked great 2 times. Then the entire inside melted and what seemed like burn marks. This is definitely a fire hazard and not safe. Going back again.

The streamers rust, gross. Also don't expect much heat or steam, and it takes about 20 min to heat up. The chairs provided are for children, and the red light is just that... a red LED, so no benefit at all. Would not buy.

Seriously disappointed. The sauna works great but both lids on the steamer cracked. Two stars because it’s useless with a cracked lid.

Do not buy! It worked great the first couple of times and then the lid to the steamer inside the Sauna exploded and my husband got first and second degree burns on his arms, foot, and face!!! So scary and insane that this happened. Do not mess around with this product!
