Just get another pizza stone Edit: This is actually a nice oven for pizza and especially chicken wings. The controls may seem confusing at first, but after awhile it comes pretty easily. So first time users of this extra hot oven, may get discouraged. It preheats automatically, and I find it better to set the temp and time better than the presets. I cook wings at 400 for 40 minutes on the grid and they come out perfect and crispy every time ready for what sauce you choose to douse them with. For pizza, you have to know how to do it properly with less effort. I find it best to build your pizza on parchment paper and slide it onto the hot preheated stone, rather than directly on it. Eliminating spills and such on the stone itself. The oven can reach a 800 degree heat level, and that's approaching wood fire heat. Being smaller and more copacts than a wood fired oven, the top burner tries to recreate the fire top and does a pretty good job doing so. Just make sure you know that wood fired pizza is quick and turning a quarter of the pie every 20 seconds or so. One person complained about the door staying opened and not closing automatically. I don't want the door to close on me when I open it. I don't want to fight a door trying to close with my pizza peel in there either turning or retrieving my food. I believe that this will do anything that others at twice the price will do. You just have to take time to understand it.

Solid product, I had never made a pizza before ordering the oven and within the week I had made 6! The oven heats up well and makes very tasty pizzas. My only piece of advice to fellow potential pizza makers is to research how to clean the Pizza stone before you get it too dirty! you house can get a bit smoky otherwise!

So easy for that quick snack. Cleans up in no time. Much better than the convential oven. Like the way pizzas heat on top too. Just like the ol' pizza ovens in the reastaurants. Tonight I cooked fish in the broiler pan. The attachments are a big plus too. Especially the gripper. Don't know what I did before I got one of these.
