All the pros about this wand style hair dryer: Using the diffuser is the best way to get your damp hair dry, it is very quick indeed. The circular wand for drying is more work then needed and does not have the force to dry anything. Using the brush next helps finish up that process and smooths out your hair to see what you've got. Sectioning the hair is something I am quite used to and so that was accomplished and then used the oval hair brush/volume/straightener. This takes a bit of a learning curve but once you get used to it does a really nice job. I have extremely thick hair, now completely grey - at 65 my arthritis is always a challenge so the light weight of the dryer is a pleasure. Cons: Yeah for the heat glove - but it gets in the way of actually doing my hair catching strands, etc., so I don't use it. Hot mode is very hot, slow warm mode is very warm, and the last mode which I think is a faster warm is also quite warm. Fairly quickly the wand portion starts to heat up closest to the attachment. You can't place your hand down around the bottom because that is where the air intake is. You can't place 'too much' hair (in thickness) or you will overheat the unit. Touching the top portion of the brush where an area is for you to hold it in place only works if you just put your finger on the depression, if you 'grab' the top portion you will burn your fingers. Same thing if you plan to take an attachment off - it will definitely burn you and so I am very fast getting the thing off and just leaving it to cool. And then there is the on off feature. What was wrong with the idea of a button that slides on, warm, warm low, high, off? This is fairly easy to accomplish but with the band 'around' the bottom of the barrel right on top of the intake you can't just use the hand holding the wand, you have to take your opposite hand and turn it, but in my case that was not working and so I have to know exactly what I want to do next and readjust the heat before I place it into my hair. Another great pro is that the blow out was so nice, I was able to leave my hair on day two and not wash it etc., and as I had read in another review - I just cleaned it up a bit with the round brush and that was very nice. So I really LIKE this dryer and as my hair grows longer (should length at the moment) I believe that it will continue to be a good alternative to the hair dryer - as long as I can keep my fingers!! UPDATE: 11/30/20 I no longer burn my fingers! This is because I use my normal hair dryer to get the hair mostly dry - as this little guy just won't do it and keep me under an hour for a shower and hair. That being said, this wand is great for curling sectioned hair and then a brush out with all my hair down. And, I can go three days before another wash is needed - which is awesome with my thick hair - I just do a quick sectioning and curl in the morning and my hair looks and feels great, so that is a great benefit. My hair is cut in a bob and is grey, thick, thick, thick and middle of the road curly on its own. I am still glad I purchased this wand! UPDATE: 12/19/20 This went in the trash today. I am not being burned anymore. I am not fighting to keep my hand off the intake. I am not fighting trying to hold it in place behind me without my fingers being burned. Even on the cool setting, once the attachment gets hot that is it. And I am not talking just too warm to handle, today I have burn marks on my forehead from trying to just finish out my shoulder length hair. Off to look for something else because this is nonsense.

I’ve had this for over a year now and it still works wonderfully. Here are some pros and cons I’ve found since I’ve had it Pros: 1. Multiple attachments so you don’t have to keep plugging in and changing multiple tools 2. Convenient carrying case with nice hair clips 3. Perfect barrel size with the round brush for shorter hair 4. Can get decently hot and has a lot of power 5. More comfortable to hold than my new shark hair styler! Cons 1. Round brush is hard to clean out 2. You can accidentally fry your hair because it gets very hot - I’ve accidentally burnt my finger tips and my hair got pretty damaged until I realized I the highest setting was too hot 3. I’ve found the hair brush (not round brush) attachment to be kind of useless, but that’s my hair 4. Pulls a lot of power. I’ve blown fuses with this one but not my normal hair dryer so

Whatever holds the actual brush end to the dryer gave out and became loose after about a year. The brush part falls out after I run it through my hair and it is incredibly frustrating! I have to then grab the hot brush and quickly attach it, or hold down the end of the brush just so I can dry my hair

This is the second time that I have bought this product; and I have done so because when it does work, its fantastic. The issue is that I have bought 2 in the past 4 years, and like clockwork something seems to die around the 1 year 2 month time. Not only has the tab broken that keeps the attachments on (which I could potentially take as my problem) but the power has decreased twice. It is noticeably not running at the same power that it did when I first bought it, as well as using it for months. I bought this because it was a "knockoff" of the Dyson brand but at the rate im going, I could have bought the Dyson and caught even at 3 years....

I bought this 4 in 1 blow out brush in Dec for myself and absolutely loved it from the start, it makes my morning hair routines much faster and I have more time to handle my kids morning routine or even sleep in a few more minutes , I love how my hair looks, It keeps my hair looking great all day shiny and with lots of volume , unfortunately one day as I was doing my hair it just stopped working , I was so bummed out and realized it had a 1 year warranty, at first I was hesitant on trying to look into the warranty because I didnt want to deal with the stress this sometimes causes , but I gave it a try , to my surprise the customer service rep Tony responded within minutes and was great in helping me with this issue , in 2 days I had my new blow out brush I honestly thought it would take a while longer and I am absolutely happy!!! I can now do my hair as usual Monday morning. I recommended to several friends and they love it as well.
