Banjo clamp was an inch short to fit my hub motor MTB front suspension fork . But they are sold at the local hardware store. Would be nice if there was a piece of rubber to put under the clamp to keep it from scratching the paint.

Check your hub motor to make sure its axle has flat sides. If it's completely round, this torque arm won't work. I have an older Bafang 250W 24V hub motor with a round axle and it was a no-go for it. But I'm keeping the kit, which is good quality, in case I have a use for it in the future. Incidentally the torque arms work best when mounted to the rear sides of the front fork. I saw a bit of disagreement online as to which side, front or back, was best. Then I saw a video that demonstrated the torque physics and convinced me that the rear side is the side to go with. ... show more
