This battery really has a lot of charge. I took it to burningman on my first ebike build and only had to charge it 1 time. I also rigged it up to power cool RGBW addressable LED lights for my bike at night. I even attached a little buggy to the back of my bike and towed my wife around behind me. Granted that did take a lot of power all at the same time, but the battery did great. Also the customer service is great. I lost my keys and they are sending replacements free of charge! What more could you ask for????

This is NOT a 20Ah battery. It is only a 19.1 ah battery. It states this right on the battery itself. UPDATE; the seller replied with the following, "As amazon only allow integer filled in the Variant Name， so we write the parameter to 48v 20ah." Kudos for Unit Pack for responding to my inquiry and stepping up with this explanation.

Battery works perfectly, great upgrade from stock Rad battery. Customer service was outstanding as I needed to return the first battery I ordered. It wouldn't fit my mounting location. Return and credit went flawlessly and communication was outstanding.

I upgraded from a 48v battery and this battery is in a new world. The amount of power is amazing and I don’t think I can kill it. I rode 40 miles and it used about 25-30% of the charge. It’s incredibly light for the amount of power and I’ll wear out before the battery does. Now just to put things in perspective, I’m riding a Fugi Crosstown bike with 700-25mm tires that I pump up to 100 psi. Now on any e-bike tire pressure is crucial for maximum mileage and speed. But overall I’m buying my wife one when her battery goes bad. Their customer support is excellent as well. Like a dummy I lost the key and they sent me a new set without even charging me. The only thing I can suggest to make installation more solid. Is to install a kit that clamps the battery bracket to the frame tube. They sell them on Amazon.

Bought this battery because original battery was not available. Rebuild was $700 and 3 month wait. Had to rewire and mount this battery in the water bottle space on the frame. I used Home Depot crimp electric fittings $3.00 and awg10 sunlight risisatant copper stranded wire to adapt to manufacture pins. I will order matching plug fittings soon. IZIP 3D Ultra electric bike. Just fit. Did a 20 mile test drive and was impressed that even after almost 20 miles still had 4 out of 4 bars on the battery. I can't report on longevity but power and amp hr is awsome for the money. Only down side is the battery is a simple two wire. One possitive one negative and no third wire to tell computer the battery level. Not a huge problem as the battery level is on the side of the battery. You just have to stop and look intead of on the dissplay at your fingertips. Holder is sturdy enogh to securely hold the 10lbs battery with extra stainless self drill tek screws to the bike frame. Key lock for battery to holder is a great addition. Several bike shops told me most just recycle the bike instead of buying a rebuilt $700.00 battery. For $264.00 and an hr of my time. It was a no brainer for less than half the money and twice the power.
