I liked the battery power overall. I had it installed on a trike and never left me stranded . Plenty of power for hills I also liked support a year plus after the sale I had misplaced my battery lock key and they were willing to provide a replacement key if needed. Luckily I found the key but their willingness to provide support exceeded my expectations!

It works correctly as far as I can tell, I bought 48v 13ah although I didn't test capacity. I will update if it fails or if I find something wrong with it. I bought one of these a few years ago (unit pack power, although different amazon seller I think). It lost most of its capacity after an accident/crazy pothole a few months ago. After that, I took it apart and the cells near the back were damaged/low voltage. This makes me think it broke from hitting the seatpost, see the first picture. It is thin there. So I recommend making sure there is no contact other than the bottom mounting spot, that is thicker and it can probably handle shocks better there.

Great battery. Works perfectly. I got the 52v 20ah with LG4800 cells. I have a Bafang BBSHD mid drive on my mountain bike and the longest rides with 3,000 feet of climbing only take it down to 50%. I love it.

I like the first battery that I bought so well that I bought a second and built my other bike. This battery is definitely worth the money. I run this battery with a 1200 watt motor 48 volt I go 32 miles with one charge I had 1,300 miles on my first battery and wheel when I built the second bike with the same products outstanding products both of my bikes run down the road and you can't even hear them both with 30 miles of battery power on throttle only definitely by this battery guys

Works well with the Voilamart rear wheel hubmotor kit. I only have 70 miles on it. It seems to go about 30 miles per charge. So far, so good. I removed the metal bar in the mount because I needed to use the lower mounting point. I used bolts on the lower mounting point and zip ties on the upper mounting point. It seems secure.
