    • UNIROI Pinpointer Metal Detector – Great Pointer
Size: 40mm*22mm*230mm Style: pinpointer metal detector
It is small in size and lightweight which is perfect to hold in my small hand. It has a retractable cord on it – which I don’t use but you can attach to belt or attach something on it like a carabiner hook. It comes with a holster you put on your belt that I do use. It has a LED light that you can turn on or off when you need it. It is water resistant at the end of it (not all of it – don’t submerge) and uses a 9 volt battery. It has a buzzer vibration and audible sound on it. I took it to a field in the winter and found some coins thru the snow with it. It has a high sensitivity and great pinpoint accuracy. I recommend this pointer to anyone that metal detects. I have not use this brand before but it is as good as Garrett or White. ... show more

    • Try Before Spending More
Size: 40mm*22mm*230mm Style: pinpointer metal detector
My boyfriend purchased a real-deal pinpointer (from a metal detecting brand) for roughly $100. While I can tell that his is a little more sensitive, the difference in price made this one a steal! In comparing the capabilities, if I was told to guess the cost of this one from use only, and was told his cost $100, I would’ve guessed this one to be between $60-$80 based on ability. The beep gets progressively faster as you locate an item and I’ve found things I would have never located with my eyes, either because they were too small or too camouflaged. It’s made a great addition to our metal detecting hobby! Edit: After a year of use, I stand by my review. The battery lasts a long time as well. I think I’ve only changed it twice and that’s with frequent use. The beeping will start to get weird which is how you know when it’s dying. I’ve never had it just abruptly not turn on. Great product for the price! ... show more

    • Excellent value
Size: 40mm*22mm*230mm Style: pinpointer metal detector
I needed to find a steel rod (monument) driven into the ground to mark a property corner. It had been surveyed a few months ago but the adjacent property owner had driven the rod down below ground level. The UNIROI Pinpointing Metal Detector found it in a couple of minutes. Job well done. The unit comes with a holster, lanyard, some probe covers, and a 9V battery. The battery cannot be inserted incorrectly because the size of the holes to reach the contacts are keyed to the size of the 9V battery's contacts. Simple, foolproof, and no wires to break like conventional 9V connectors. The audible and vibrating functions worked as intended. The white LED that stays on when the unit is on is not much more than an indicator. Contrary to what is claimed, it is not useful as more than a very weak flashlight. ... show more

    • Indispensable detecting tool on the cheap
Size: 40mm*22mm*230mm Style: pinpointer metal detector
This is such a time saver. Digging targets goes real quick and minimizes the hole. You get a rapid beep when you are real close and a slower one for nearby. Standing it on end and getting a beep pretty much guarantees its right below it-fast about an inch or less and slow a few inches, no beep means 4 or more inches on average. Beep is plenty loud in my opinion and the vibration covers you if a train is going by you or something crazy like that. ... show more

    • Works great !
Size: 40mm*22mm*230mm Style: pinpointer metal detector
If you have a metal detector then this hand held detector is a big help to find where the item is in a way more accurate less stressful way. Use this detector as an aide to go along with the traditional metal detector. It beeps upon finding the item and is very easy to use. I definitely recommend buying this detector along with all your other metal detecting gear. ... show more

    • Works good, but will make Garrett detectors act up when close by.
Size: 40mm*22mm*230mm Style: pinpointer metal detector
I purchased this because I am not a big metal detecting guy and I am very impressed by its function. My family member has an expensive garret pinpointer and it works pretty close in comparison. WARNING: if you or your friend near by has a garret metal detector, it will cause it to have signal interference while this pinpointer is on. Other than that, save your money and go with this product, especially if you are just getting into it. ... show more

    • Overall good value
Size: 40mm*22mm*230mm Style: pinpointer metal detector
Product is not fancy, which was fine. Got this as a gift for my nephew who loved it. Wasn’t super intuitive to work. Not very strong but for how cheap it is, you get what you get. Fun to start out for kids.
