Just unpackaged my rug and was so excited to finally put it in my bedroom. They put extremely sticky tape around the rug which pulled at the fibers. Bad choice. I unroll the rug to find what look like bleach stains. I go to process my return only to find out I have to package up a 10 foot rug - meaning I have to be responsible for purchasing additional supplies for the seller’s horrible product not being AT ALL as described. DONT BUY THIS RUG! Asking the seller to send me a new rug and send me supplies to package up this defective piece of garbage. ... show more

I like the look of this rug a lot, and I love that it was so cheap for a 7x9 jute rug. We bought it to replace our old living room rug, which I loved but which was getting worn out in spots. The only thing I'm not wild about is the fact that this rug has no backing at all, so it will slide around and bunch up on you if you don't use rug tape or a pad under it. Our old rug had backing and always laid flat, so that's been annoying and is why I only gave this rug 4 stars. ... show more

The rug is pretty, and comfortable to walk on. However, the quality is less than expected. The edge stitching is coming apart. There is now a gap all down the center of the rug because it was apparentlfolded in half during delivery. The heavy cardboard roll around which the was was rolled wS actually broken in half. Very disappointed about the lack of care taken during delivery - and I intended to let Amazon know, but I was not provided one of those "How was your delivery?" Options and the driver did not take a photo. It's too much trouble to send it back. I have solved the problem by layering another rug on top of it and it looks fine, but I can never use the rug alone. ... show more

I rarely, if ever write reviews; however, after receiving 156 stair treads last week I felt compelled to write a review to save others from my same mistake. We just replaced all of the flooring in our house this year and needed something to put on the stairs to keep them from being too slippery for our older dog. Being new to the world of stair treads, I wasn't sure what they would cost. I carefully read the description and figured it must be $16 apiece, so ordered 12, thinking I'd receive 12 individual treads. Well, I actually received 12 packs of 13 treads. Now, I don't live in a lighthouse or have need for 156 jute stair treads. I kept an extra pack as a backup and returned the other 10, much to the dismay of our local UPS drop point. I had my husband go over the listing in case I missed anything, but as of the writing of this review, there isn't anything to indicate that these are sold in packs instead of individually. Maybe they'll update the listing so you don't have to go through the same thing as me. Otherwise the treads are nice quality . . . being natural fiber, a few are a bit wonky (skewed at an angle -- not perfect 90 degree corners) but the angle is slight enough that it was acceptable for me. Stay on well with heavy duty carpet tape so far, and nice on bare feet. I would recommend this product no matter how many stairs you have in your house. ... show more
