Overall griddle worked great, taller sides would be better, and an annoying warp when hot. Lays flat cold, bows up about quarter to half inch plus from right front corner. Non-stick surface is good, but standard griddle scraper tools will scratch easily. Should have gotten cast iron or stainless. Lesson learned. Will use this until the non stick scratches up too much...

Been using this quite a bit. The husband took the time to properly season it and got me a dry wall putty knife to use with it for scraping and cleaning (get one). Also rigged a soup can you hang and catch drippings. Took it camping and prepared pancakes, Philly cheese steak sandwiches, burgers. Even set a pot on the flat top and made chilli. Wish o bought one sooner. Clean up is simple, scrape it while hot to remove debris and wipe down with paper towel. Wipe with a little oil as needed. Done.

I like the griddle concept and the surface. The griddle does warp and is very difficult to cook eggs or anything on when it is never level. I talked to customer service and they said they would fix the problem. After months the came back and basically said that is the way it is after pictures and all. I would consider the griddle junk as well as the customer service.

Take your time and learn how to season and break in the product first. Made some amazing meals and glad I learned how to use it properly. Super easy and would purchase an inferred thermometer so you can see how each part of the top is heating. Takes the guessing out of it and you can do wonders with it!
