I bought this Elliptical machine on 8/2/25, I wanted to give it a month's time (this item is returnable within 30 days of purchase) before I'd give it a fair review. At 74 yrs young I've learned patience and got to know the machine, understand its perks as well as the remote. I work out at the gym 3 days a week and wanted an Elliptical machine that I can use on the days I do not go to the gym to keep my circulation in check, reduce my Edema in my lower limbs as well as tingling. This machine has done that. IMPORTANT POINTS: * It's very easy to assemble, only takes a couple of minutes. * You must plug the machine to an actual outlet, it will not work if you plug it into a power strip. * The remote needs 2 AAA batteries, so its best to keep extra batteries handy. The trick to using the remote is to be about 1 foot away from the machine, aiming directly at the display on the machine. If you try to use the remote further than 1 foot away from machine, you will get frustrated. You might as well use your fingers or toes to activate the machine to your setting preferences, the remote is pretty tricky but it does work if you hold it 1 foot from the machine. * It has settings from P1 tp P5, I like to do a variety of each setting to get a thorough workout numerous times throughout the day/evening. * The rotation changes direction every 6 minutes, on some settings it give you a long pause before it continues in the other direction. * Its very quiet. * Just relax your feet onto the pedals, and let the machine do the work, do not attempt to do the work along with the machine rotations because your limbs will tire out quickly and get tense. * You can pause or stop it at any time. * It comes with a free screwdriver and 3 elastic bands, tho there's no tips or instructions on what to do with the elastic bands, I guess you can view tutorials on YouTube on how to use these bands. Since I've been active in the gym since the 1980's, I know what to do with these bands but alot of folks do not. * For the price its a good machine compared to the enormously expensive Elliptical machines such as this one I have seen on infomercials. I must confess it was cumbersome to use the first few days because there's limited instructions that come with the machine and the remote was giving me issues, as most have stated in their reviews. I even kept the box it came in in the event I'd be returning it. I recommend to get to know the machine and have patience because it does do the work it's suppose to provide. I will now dispose the box it came in because this machine has become part of my daily regiment at home.

I usually spend many hours sitting down and always end up with tired legs and a tense back. I started using the elliptical, and I feel an incredible difference. My legs are more active, I have better circulation, and even my energy levels during the day have improved. What I like most is that it works super smoothly and quietly. I use it while I work on the computer, and no one notices; it doesn't make any strange noises or vibrate too much. The different resistance levels allow me to adjust the effort according to my mood, and the screen is clear and easy to read. I also love that it's compact and takes up almost no space. I can easily move it if I want to use it in another room of the house. It's comfortable, quiet, stable, and perfect for staying active while working. It's also a great Christmas gift idea for my mom.

I absolutely love this under desk elliptical! Super easy to use love the auto and manual modes for switching things up and quality its good. The machine operates quietly, so it doesn’t make no noise while use during Zoom calls meeting or watching TV and it fits perfectly under my desk. It’s helped with circulation and keeping my legs active. The machine is very easy to use and it does offer several modes so that you can start slow and progress as you use it.
