The range of motion on this elliptical is way too short to be effective. You are better off just stepping away from your desk and taking a brisk walk, in my opinion. If you wear anything larger than a men’s size 12 shoe, the pedals are too small to feel comfortable, and a lot of that is because of the small range of motion in the wheel prohibits the pedals from being any larger. There is no adjustment that can be made to move the pedals up or down, so you need to have an adjustable desk chair to get to a proper pedaling height/comfort level. If you are planning to pedal “recumbent-style” (like in a deep-set chair or a chair with a back that is not completely up right, the pedaling is awkward. Just about the only thing useful about this is the resistance bands, but for the obviously high price tag, this just isn’t worth it. The cord is also only a couple feet long - a longer one would have been much more helpful.

For the price seems like a very good machine.I had one a few years ago and it was har to use because it moved while using and you had to put your feet through hoops to hold your foot in place.This ones seems much better and price was not bad.

I purchased this to aid me in my therapy after my upcoming knee replacement. This will also be a good gentle exercise after rehab. I especially like the stretch bungee cords attached to the side. Allows me to also work my arms and upper body. The machine requires minimal assembly. It has several different modes and you may increase or decrease the speed. I have been watching TV and exercising!! I love my purchase!!
