Ok I gave it a four because it looks cool. But even with chute attached a lot of the popcorn ends up on the floor my dog loves that part. It also has a tendency to blow the un popped colonels out of the hopper and into the bowl and of course some of them pop in the bowl and blow some popcorn out onto the floor, again my dog loves that too. It also shuts off before finishing a batch then it will start back up must be an over heating thing. I think im going to keep it just because it look cool it would be cooler if they put sound effects in it. ... show more

I made the mistake of looking at popcorn makers and my daughter saw this. I got it for her with liquid butter, powder flavors and popcorn. She loves it. The head turns into the bowl and you can melt butter on top if you want. I just wish it had blinking lights or some sound effects from the movie. They sent me the defective product, it didn't work when I plugged it in. I wrote to the support team and contacted the manufacturer asking for a solution as soon as I received the package. Amazon blamed the manufacturer, and the manufacturer blamed Amazon. I've been dealing with this discussion for a year, from chat to chat, and now they tell me that the return date has expired and therefore they can't help me. I find it unacceptable that after almost a year of fighting over a defective product, they close the conversation and kick me out of the chat telling me that there's nothing they can do for me. The date has expired only because they haven't wanted to resolve my issue when they should have, it is unacceptable and both Amazon and the manufacturer are anything but professional.
