It can provide a comfortable wear for long time. I have ordered the small size that is suitable for waist of 28.5 to 32.5 inches. This brace has about 9 inches wide that can cover the entire stomach and lumbar so that it can effectively help to relieve back pain and protect the back against injuries. This brace has a big plastic support plate at the center together with 2 aluminum strips and 2 fiberglass strips at the lumbar area. These plate and strips provide great support to the back. Moreover, they are removable that allow flexible adjustment of the strength and comfortable wearing of this brace. In addition, the brace has a large and strong Velcro that can ensure an easy fixing and a secure tied. After putting on the brace, use the adjustable elastic compression straps to freely adjust the comfortable tightness. The double elastic straps can evenly distribute the compression and provide additional support. The stitching and quality of this brace is good and durable. It can provide good lumbar support and is great for heavy lifting or exercises to prevent hurt.

The Cozyhealth Store Umbilical Hernia Belt has come in handy during a recent few days of heavy lifting. I used it while moving many boxes throughout a few days. This belt provided the perfect support to help prevent me from straining my lower back. The hook and loop connectors on this belt seems generously placed to allow a range of fit. The fabric material used is soft, breathable, and very broad to cover a large portion of one's torso. The forward pulling tightening straps are a nice feature to add extra tension around one's abdomen. The belt also includes several stiffening rodes on the backside to keep one's lower back straight and aligned. This compression lower waist support belt is perfect for someone at risk of straining their lower back. Whether it is to help you through an injury or to prevent injury, I could see this having many uses. I highly recommend this to anyone shopping around. Stop looking and buy this one, you wont have any regrets.

This Cozyhealth Umbilical Hernia Belt Abdominal Binder works very well. It needs to be a little wider in the front for better coverage. This really does bind and hold in the lower belly very well; which helps so much if you have endometriosis, prolapse, or other issues that need support. It also helps to support the back which I am very appreciative of. I ordered a size X-large but I should have ordered a size large. The bands overlap a good bit in the front, making it hard to get the best fit. It works but would be better if I had the proper size (although, the front still would not have been wider).

I unfortunately had to have back surgery very recently. As such, I'm wearing back braces for 6 weeks and have a few at home that I cycle through and I got this to add to the rotation. First thing I noticed is the significance and quality of the main bands. They are very wide, so better at spreading the contact and pressure. Next, high quality hook and loop closures--they aren't the old velcro that pulls over the years, this is the type that is smooth and doesn't easily catch on materials. The adjustment bands are great at dialing in the support in that they have two bands and link to a wide area of the back. Last this is absolutely excellent support with a significant main support and two additional supports in the back. As I mentioned, I've worn a number of binders, and this one is the best at support and limiting my twisting (that would get me in trouble). I wear size 34" pants and got the large--and I'm at the very lower limit meaning the main large straps just catch and there is a lot of extra room. In hindsight, I may have ordered a medium. Definitely recommend!
