Product is relatively easy to assemble (although the instructions are just ok) and looks nice. Quality is fine, although it’s pine and not exactly sturdy (there were a couple of small cracks in some of the pieces - thankfully I was able to hide these when I assembled the unit). It looks great on the wall and does what it’s intended to do very well. For the money, it’s a good deal. If you’re not adept at assembling things, you may find the instructions for this unit confusing (specifically which screws to use where) - the unit is held together by the medium length black screws, the clamps for the cues are mounted with the gold screws, the bottom wall brackets are attached with the short black screws, and the unit is mounted to the wall with the long black screws (and anchors). This cue shelf is very well designed and was extremely easy to install. It looks beautiful in our space and holds plenty of cues without feeling crowded. I love the color and overall design—it’s both stylish and practical. The only small thing I noticed is that the cue clips are a bit tight. I do think they’ll loosen up over time as they’re broken in, but for now it just takes a little extra pressure to snap the cue sticks in and pull them out. It’s not a deal breaker at all—just something to note. One suggestion for improvement would be to move the triangle peg slightly lower. As it’s positioned now, it prevents hanging the triangle with the base on the bottom, so the base has to be up instead. Overall, it’s very convenient, easy to install, and works perfectly for our needs. Highly recommend! ... show more

I like everything about this rack. First of all very well packaged and arrived with no dents or scratches. The assembly was easy and everything went together perfect and square...I mounted it level I just took a crooked picture. One thing I checked before assembly was the dowel pin location for the ball rack. The dowel was not centered in the width of that piece and one way it works and the way it doesn't with my wood rack. The way I mounted is with the dowel on the bottom of that piece. I made a score keeper with colored wood beads. The cue clips work great nice and thick but we don't yank on the stick when removing we grab the stick with a thumb on the clip. I had seriously thought of making my own rack but factoring in the cost of wood, stain and time involved I decided this was a great way to go. ... show more
