Do not waste your money. I'm so annoyed. Firstly, I feel like there was some weird bait-and-switch thing going on, because I do not buy products with less than 4.5 star reviews and know with certainty the reviews were better on the listing I purchased from than what I saw on this page as soon as I bought them... Don't know what to make of that, but there it is. Secondly, my initial issue with this product is that there is absolutely NO way it plays sounds at the frequency it claims, because I can often hear it. Not always and not from each device, but when I can, it's so irritating that I have to unplug it. If it played at the frequency it claimed, it would not be detectable to the human ear (granted, I haven't lost the upper range of my hearing yet as happens naturally when we age, but these sounds are in the 18k-19k Hz range whereas the listing claims the lowest is 20k Hz.). Lastly, and most importantly... it just doesn't work. I thought they were helping for a while because I hadn't noticed mouse droppings, but this week I saw TWO mice, both in rooms where I had these plugged in. Disappointment does not begin to cover it.

Ever since I installed these repellents, I've been noticing less bugs crawling around in the bathroom and bedroom. I live in long Island and those who know, that there are lots of bugs around. Before installing this product, I would notice around 1-2 bugs per day, but after installing, its like 1 bug every week. Not sure if its coincidence so I will keep them running and update if it does make a huge difference. The unit itself is really quiet or noiseless, it has its rgb function that you can simply press on the side to change colors (and the option of turning the lights off).

When I plugged in the second device in my room upstairs, I noticed a small chirping sound. My cat noticed it as well and she wasn't too pleased about it. The first device is in my kitchen by the front door so I don't hear the sound. It must affect other animals, just on a smaller scale....

The media could not be loaded. I really like that this product comes in a set of 2 and they are fairly small (about 3 in in diameter). They also plug right into an outlet so you don’t have to worry about changing batteries all of the time. Another great feature is that they are silent (at least to my human ear) I have had other units that were larger with loud beeps and very annoying. Comes with a lifetime warranty and directions. It does say that it can take a few weeks to start seeing a difference. So far, so good

I have a small one story open floor plan house and placed one in the kitchen and one in the basement. Still finding mice in laundry room of basement and In upstairs rooms. Haven’t found any in the kitchen so I’m going to assume it’s just not reaching across the room to the seating area.
