Love this chair!!! It's not that hard to assemble, maybe need a second person for the last step (putting the back of the chair on). Looks exactly as pictured. Shipped quickly. Comfortable and everything works well so far. I was using a broken ottoman for a long time while working from home so, this is a greaaaaat upgrade :). *edit: had it for nearly a month now. Minimal squeeks, but still extremely comfortable. I am 5'5, about 150 lbs, if that makes a difference, and i find myself to be pretty comfy sitting for hours while working remotely. It's nice to lean back and go on my phone for a bit. Originally, while putting it together, thought the chair was odd as I felt like I was being pushed forward, but i had the seat on backwards HA. absolutely dont feel like that is the case for me! *edit 2 feb 2022 - chair is still great. can't believe ive had this chair for a year now, i thought it was like a few months... lol. anyway, i think the cushion part has gotten a bit flat, but i'm still pretty comfortable, nothing has broken at all, chair moves fine, i have a faux fur mat for the wheels and that has worked great. the combo of my desk + how far back i need to sit kind of sucks but i put a blown-up plushie version of a book so i'm not really far back. Still great!

I really like this chair. It's difficult to fund a chair with a seat depth may made for a 6'+ tall person. One of my search criteria was a depth (most postings call it width??) of 19 inches or less. This beauty (got the pink & white) was perfect for me (I'm 5'5"). I like that the arms rotate up. I typically don't rest on arms but nice to have when needed, and for those who don't have a desk tall enough for the arms to fit under for storage, it's a nice feature. It's unfortunate the company is no longer making this particular brand (gaming chair). I bought this for my office desk and would buy again when this one wears out but alas not from the same manufacturer unfortunately as they no longer cay this model. Hey it before they are gone! Side note: I had to have my husband assemble it...

I was pleasantly surprised by this chair. I was expecting a bit cheaper material considering the price, but this chair honestly feels more sturdy and comfortable than most of the expensive, bigger name gaming chairs I've found. I thought the legs would be plastic, but they're a heavy metal material. I've had it for almost 3 months now and had no complaints! Assembly required a bit of finagling but still fairly easy. I added a seat cushion for extra bottom support, but overall, I really love this chair and would highly recommend it!

I work at home and wanted a cute chair to match my work space this one really caught my eye i ordered and the shipping was quick but my package was delivered to the wrong apartment and i never got it. I was super bummed but I contacted customer service and they were amazing! I gave them my information and they worked with me to get me a new chair. Customer service was very quick and friendly! Okay, firstly, the chair was pretty easy to assemble on my own, I didn't need a second set of hands, and the tool provided seemed to work just fine. Some of the screw holes were a little crooked, so it was a little tough getting some pieces together, but I was able to do it without too many problems. Now, the chair has not lasted long at all. After regular use of the chair (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) the chair is already failing. I am not hard on this chair, overweight, or doing anything besides sitting in it to do my office job. The base has gotten incredibly wobbly, and the screws are constantly coming loose, so I have to tighten them multiple times a week. Also the cushion wore out quickly, and I can feel the screws on the underside of the chair coming through. Again, I do not abuse this chair, I sit normally and type at my computer. I was really hoping this chair would last me more than a few months, but here I am. If you are looking for an affordable, sturdy office chair, keep looking, this one isn't it.

I’ve never had particularly nice desk chairs growing up so this was my chance to splurge a little bit more while furnishing my new apartment. It was a little annoying to put together, but that might just be because I’m bad at putting things together. Overall it’s a great value for money as the leather feels really nice and it’s a very sturdy chair. Super excited!

I got this July 3rd and it took me about 2 hours to put together. I love how soft, sturdy, and comfy it is! Plus it's higher thanks to the chair adjustment lever. Love it!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Really comfortable to use and super cute. I’m 280lb and had it for 3 months and I have no issues. I try to not bend back cause I’m scare I break it due to my weight lol.
