It's especially good at getting into those odd shaped nooks, crannies, and corners between the windshield and dashboard. Helps a lot with reaching the whole inside windshield, and pads were surprisingly streak-free with just water added. Used on exterior as well - which loaded the pad heavily - and the pad washed clean easily (by hand, not clear if these can go in machine). Probably should have gone one size longer, but this is already a bit awkward (even collapsed) to store. Storage pouch helps. This is not an uber-sturdy construction, hence 4 not 5 stars, but it's still good value and works well.

This is a great set that helps me reach all areas on my windshield and my rear windshield of my Equinox SUV. I would purchase this product again. It helps clean my windows throughout my vehicle. The cleaner tool is long enough to allow me to clean my entire windows throughout my vehicle. It fits and stores well in the crate I keep in the rear storage of my SUV and I can easily move it to our other SUV to clean its windows as well.

3 Stars – Solid Tool with Room for Improvement I really like this XINDELL 24-inch Windshield Cleaner Tool for tackling both car interior and exterior windows. The large head quickly covers a good amount of area, and the extendable handle makes it easy to reach the windshield, rear window, and higher spots without too much stretching. It does a decent job on glass, and the microfiber pads help with streak-free cleaning when used properly. Overall, it's a handy gadget for car detailing that I still use regularly. That said, I'm only giving it 3 stars because a few key upgrades would turn this from "pretty good" into an excellent product: The stem/handle feels a bit flimsy. It should be made with slightly heavier steel for better durability and less flex when applying pressure. The swivel joint needs to be stiffer. It moves around too easily, making it harder to control on vertical surfaces. Please ditch the included spray bottle entirely — it's basically worthless and feels cheap. Include two of the microfiber pads instead of just one, and three of the regular pads. The regular pads could also stand to be a little denser/thicker for better scrubbing power and longevity. With those changes, this would easily be a 5-star tool. As it is, it's still useful and gets the job done for basic window cleaning, but it could be so much better with minor tweaks to materials and accessories. If you're on the fence, it's worth trying, but don't expect perfection out of the box.

I'm happy I got this. I can clean my whole windshield from the driver seat. Even if I forget to clean the glass before I start driving, I can (and do) clean it at stoplights. It's great. I don't like the little bonnets, they're annoying to put on. But you can put industrial scratchy Velcro on the paddle and buy several one-dollar microfiber cloths. If you fold them twice they make a little pad that sticks to the Velcro (but it only stays folded once it's pressed on the glass). It works great. You can go through several cloths without having to fuss with figuring out which direction the bonnets go on. Plus I got two colors of cloths. Blue is for wet/cleaning and green is for drying. I got the best-reviewed glass cleaner but it still leaves streaks if I don't dry it right away, so I need separate dry cloths, and I can use several on one work shift. Also I'm going to stitch the cloths later so they can't unfold. I thought maybe they'd need padding to keep the full paddle in contact with glass, because the Velcro doesn't cover the full surface, but if you use a few layers of cloth it's fine. Also the set comes with a bag to keep the pieces in so nothing gets lost and it doesn't stink up everything in your car. It's a little small (everything falls out when you pull the wand out) but it's fine. I do need something else to hold everything though because of the extra cloths. The best thing about using this set is that you can see the dirty areas on your glass while you clean. I used to have to keep jumping in and out of the car because I couldn't see the dirty spots from the position I could reach them in. I drive 7 hours a day in poor conditions so it's not safe for me to have glarey windows, but it took a lot of time to keep everything clear. It's so much easier now and doesn't slow me down. The one thing I don't like about this set aside from the bonnets is that if you press on the handle and turn the wand to get into a cranny, it unlocks the handle so it will collapse while you're using it. It's not the end of the world but I wish it didn't do that. Also sorry there are two things: I wish the paddle were a little stiffer or the hinge were in a slightly different spot to put more pressure downward into the glass. Sometimes if you press on it wrong while moving it (like at a 90° angle), it swivels unexpectedly rather than pressing harder on the glass. I think I could put a little tape or something on the hinge "pin" though to add friction and fix it. All that said, I used to have a cheap windshield wand that didn't work at all because the paddle flipped backwards as soon as you reached out with it. This one is a thousand times better and I'll put up with any minor issues it has because it's so helpful. But if they made an upgraded version that fixed these small issues (and used Velcro with cleaning pads) it would probably be perfect. Especially if they sold the pads separately so I could have a bunch lol

I love it! I just wish I had gotten the longest one, especially since it is adjustable. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars. This was the perfect tool to use, not only for the windshields in our vehicles, but for other jobs. I have a microwave above my wall oven, so now I will be able to clean the back wall of it.
