This is one of the worst products I brought from Amazon, it did not connect using HDMI to my laptop. I tried with different laptops but no use, I send email to support at ugreen.com, they wasted my whole week asking to test with different laptops, different hdmi etc but at the end no result.

This hub does not support HDCP, so prime video and other streaming services will not support HD video playback when this hub is connected.

This does just what it says it will do. An oddity: when plugged into the laptop, the computer shows two additional drives, even with no flash drives plugged into it. Turns out, these are the two memory cards slots in the bottom (end?) of the thing. Also, the product page has a flag for a "newer model". Do not automatically buy it instead. This "new model" does have more ports and other features, but it also costs 3 times as much. If you don't need the additional ports and features, don't waste your money on it. ... show more

delivers a second monitor via a usb C port at 60 hz vs most similar devices at 30hz. Provides great usb 3.0 ports with no issues. Only thing i would suggest is making the cord longer but that is a minor issue

Se siente bien la construcción, lo use para una tab s7 fe y ningun problema para reconocerlo y compatible con samsung dex para emitirlo en un monitor o TV. Tiene el pequeño problema de que al usarlo se calienta bastante, aprox unos 40C
