Minor con, display connections are glitchy after a week of use but maybe it’ll be better with time. All connections work so far. I notice the hub doesn’t like extensions; for example, usbC dongle to something or usb3.0 upstream to audio connection. Have it attached to a Lenovo laptop, two HP monitors, mouse and keyboard, and a Jabra dongle. Yes, that's more devices than available USB ports: this is because I use the USB switch on the HP monitors as well.. Two minor issues: - no on/off button, so I must open the lid to turn the laptop on. Not sure if I should blame Lenovo instead.. - The Jabra dongle does not work after bootup. I must unplug and replug it each time. Not sure who to blame.. ... show more

Been using it for over a year and it works very well. Surprisingly, the hdmi placement can be a little awkward sometimes, and having to make sure your usb-c cable is inserted in the first port rather than the second in order to charge can be annoying sometimes. This thing is great! It allows for all the plugs I need without being bulky and annoying. I hated the macbook adapters that were cords - as if i need MORE cords to keep untangled. This adapter does it’s job while keeping my workspace organized and sleek looking. Its easily removed - but not so easy that it feels loose when plugged in. It sits perfectly flush with the macbook and doesn’t interfere at all with closing the screen, even with my cover on it. I was concerned about the weight of the adapter pulling on the usb inserts but it clicks in nicely and doesn’t seem to pull/sag. I’ve used it every day for over a month now with zero issues. The one thing I will say - I keep my macbook on a stand. The adapter drops below the base of the laptop so if you had it sitting flat on a desk, it wouldn’t work. I also just purchased a new ipad air and the adapter does not allow for charging. It recognizes the ipad is connected but won’t charge it - however I’m going to attribute that to apple continuing to make it more difficult for anyone to use ANY accessory/plug that is off brand. ... show more

Although the description for this product includes "Accessories for MacBook Pro/Air M1M2" it does NOT properly fit my new (Jan 2024) Macbook Air M2. The laptop's magsafe power plug is too wide to allow this to plug in to both Thunderbolt ports. The product may be fine for MacBook Pro, but the word salad in the top-of-the-page product title incorrectly led me to buy it. ... show more
