Does exactly what it says. Its clean and sleek and works great. Though it gets a bit warm, it's nothing too hot as if it will get damaged. The wildest thing is that it supports high refresh rate. I connected it to my second monitor which is a 144Hz monitor and the HDMI immediately identified the signal. I ran UFOTest and it does indeed run on 144Hz. Though it doesn't support VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) which would have been nice, but for the price, it's unbeatable for the value it gives. Ports are also high speed and works as rated. Got close to the advertised speeds as well. Should be compatible with almost any USB-C port but I would advise plugging it into a thunderbolt port if your laptop has it since it then has a lot of bandwidth to play with. Overall, a 10/10 product from UGREEN as usual. Highly recommended if you need a hub (Semi-Docking Station) for your setup ... show more

The product itself is very good. Connected my monitor through the Hub to my new Mackbook Air, and by using a 100 W all charger to charge the hub it charges the MacBook as well. A did have an issue with delivery. Was supposed to come the next day. At 9:00 pm it still said arriving today but it had not shipped. Then the delay message came with no estimate on delivery date. Great USB hub, use it mostly on my desk with my MacMini or MacBook Pro. one has to learn the inputs as it is impossible to read the lettering.

Works with my laptop, phone, and Nintendo Switch (I don't own a Switch 2, and won't unless they make serious changes to their hardware and ecosystem). The PD port helps retains the charge on my devices while utilizing the HDMI port. It basically turns my phone into a PC style android device, and also functions as a Switch dock as well. That's right, don't buy another dock from Nintendo for like $80 or more... Get one of these instead! I'm mostly happy, because it's fully compatible with all of my devices. These hubs occasionally have a mind of their own, so while they generally work with my computer, they tend to be more picky about other things like phones and even my Nintendo Switch. ... show more

Perfect for my needs. I use this as my laptop docking hub. I have an external HDMI monitor, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, and USB-C laptop charger connected to it. Before I got this Hub, I had to connect all my devices individually to my laptop. Now, I just have to connect this one USB-C cable to my laptop and all my devices are available right away.     • Stopped working in Windows 11 this fall
I feel bad giving this product a poor review. It worked fine for two months, and in fact, depending on how I'm using it, it still works fine. Somewhere around October this stopped functioning in Windows 11. I'm guessing that it's due to a Windows update because it simultaneously stopped on two different laptops. However, if I use Linux on the same laptop it works. If I use an unpatched version of Windows 11, it works. Is it the fault of the device or Microsoft? I don't know, but I wish that there were a firmware update I can apply that would resolve it. ... show more
