I love this set. It comes with covers so that’s a plus. Easy to put together. I purchased a nail bit for drill so that made it faster to assemble bc my hands were getting tired of twisting. The cushions are thick. I did spray scotch guard on them so they wouldn’t get stained. Make sure your screws are tight bc some of mine fell off while outside. The fire pit adds an extra glamour it works great. The order came in separate deliveries. Some boxes came 3 days later so be patient.

Great deal for the package I was looking for my backyard. The color is nicer than the picture and the quality is good. The shipping was faster than expected. It also comes with cover for the whole set which is very convenient.

The set was delivered much quicker than expected. Assembly was o.k. and got easier as we progressed through the pieces. Assembly was more awkward than difficult. Suprisingly the sofa was the easiest to assemble. All the parts needed came, except for the lid support for the coffee table. One footstool cushion arrived with marks from the items packed on it, and one side of one footstool piece had a dent in the wicker. Wicker on all the footstools was pretty loose, otherwise o.k. on other pieces. A few places, on an all of the pieces, where the screws went did not fit tightly, there were gaps. Assembly tips: don't fully tighten screws until the entire piece is assembled. We found out that if you think you've fully tightened a screw using the hex tool with the long side inserted in the screw, the screw really wasn't tight. We inserted the short side of the hex tool and could further tighten the screw with an average if 4 more rotations. The seat cushions are medium firm and the back cushions are as comfortable as I hoped they would be. The material is good quality and covers are well made. The biggest con for me was the thickness of the plastic used for the wicker. Since this set won't get heavy use, I think it will last a few years. I don't think it will hold up as well as the 12 year old wicker chairs and recliners we replaced with this set.

Great customer service! There was a problem with shipping, however Daisy at Customer Service was very responsive and resolved the matter quickly and professionally. The set is perfect for our space. Just remember not to tighten screws more than 60% until fully assembled and your assembly will be smooth. The covers are a great bonus!

Nice patio furniture set for the price. The quality is good for the price point. They look good and are comfortable. The cushions are a good thickness, the pillows will fluff up over a few days. I like that they come with the covers which is huge since my previous patio set would constantly get dirty from being outside in the dust and the rain. It also would get faded and deteriorate from the sun which the covers now prevent. My advice when putting them together is to take your time follow the instructions step by step, start all of the bolts first, leave the bolts loose and continually check to make sure all of the holes are where they match up to the other sides BEFORE you commit to tightening everything up. If not you may have bolts that won’t line up or even worse have to take it apart and start over 😂 Good Purchase !
