The furniture went together easily once we had things the right direction. The fire table knob was missing a spring and the ignitor wouldn't work. We received prompt and excellent customer service. Replacement knobs were sent and now it works like a charm. The color is as advertised and the set is very nice. We love it.

Received the product in 3 separate orders. Box clearly said single chair but had 2 of them in the box. Communication was very unclear being it was a third party. Quality isn’t bad considering what I paid for the items.

We are enjoying our furniture! It is sturdy and comfortable. Cushions do get faded quickly, i would recommend keeping in a shaded or covered area. We purchased the set in gray on sale. All boxes arrived together, same day. You get the exact number of parts needed for the job. We did have one specialty bolt that was misthreaded and one nut that had no threads. I contacted customer service and they were very prompt in sending the pieces we needed. Overall we are happy with this purchase. Thank you

the cushions were not what the deninsions said. the furniture is uncomfortable and they say they have a 30 day guarantee but that is void if we open any boxes. this company is a scam and should not be in buisiness. they did give us a $200 refund for the cushions being wrong but that doesn't help with comfort
