We love this patio set! We got the love seat, couch and swivel chairs. It also came with the side table and storage table-wow! So much furniture for the fraction of the price. It was fairly easy to assemble and all the parts needed to put it together were there. I did ask for a video for the seller on how to put together the swivels and they were so fast in responding to my request. Excellent customer service. The set is comfortable, beautiful wicker and cushions. I did add a bit of foam to the back cushions as someone had mentioned to give some more support and it worked liked a charm, but totally not necessary. Everyone always compliments the patio set as well and they can’t believe what I paid for it. We would buy again! 5 stars!

Great instructions. One person 3 hours. The swivel chairs took the longest time. Please use a socket wrench and hex drill bit and drill. It will make your fingers and hands much happier. The Allen wrench will tire your fingers out. Follow instructions to the letter. Do not lose any parts. No extra parts. Set your drill to 1 so you do not strip the heads on the screws. 2 people could do the job much quicker than me. But I took my time and after thirty minutes with that Allen wrench got smarter to use the hex bit. Also when I unpacked thought part D was missing for the swivel chairs. but they were tucked inside part A. I immediately contacted the company they got back to me quickly. It was my mistake lol. I am so happy with the product. The instructions were flawless compared to other products I have put together. It looks fantastic as well!!!

For what we paid, this was a decent value. Here is the good. Everything arrived very well packaged with no damage. The set and firepit came in 6 total packages which arrived a day apart with 2 and then 4, so don't be concerned if they don't all come in one shipment. I am a 50 year old female and I completed the entire set alone in about 5 hours using only the supplied tools. That being said, please consider a ratchet set. Trust me your fingers will thank you. The firepit is very nice! It feels high quality, and was easy to put together with deep screws, a slide out drawer for the tank, glass rocks instead of lava, and a very thick glass wind shield. I built this first and then covered it and used it as a table to complete the rest of the set and save from stooping to put pieces together. The set is definitely mismatched and not made specifically for the firepit. The pvc Rattan colors are different on the seating and the firepit. The firepit is a dark espresso and the seating is a variegated dark and light brown. The weaves are also different. No big deal, as they still work together fine. The seating sectional is definitely not as quality as the firepit. The screws were much shallower and very difficult at times to get the Allen wrench to grip. The set, like all of these similar sets, sits very low with low profile backs. The seats are fairly deep and substantial enough for a larger person. We are going to try and find some different levelers to raise the height. While I don't mind the lower height, it makes the firepit sit very tall. We did take off the feet of the firepit which lowered it to a more reasonable height, but we have to be careful moving it so as not to scratch up the deck. The beige cushions are a nice neutral, not too yellow, not too pink. The cushions are moderately comfortable, but definitely not high quality foam. These will need to be replaced or added to in the future if the set holds up. The cushions are definitely not waterproof, so I would suggest using the cover if it might rain. We have ours under a soft topped pergola, so it helps protect it a little. The table is okay, but very low. I would have preferred an ottoman as the table is kind of useless if you have the firepit. We are using it more as an end table on one side. It is covered with a glass top to protect it from spills and snags. The set comes with covers for the firepit and sectional. The sectional can be arranged into different set ups and comes with clips to keep them together. The one nice part of the set over others is that the bottom cushions have velcro which keeps them in place just fine. No sliding. The backs have ties that go around the back to keep them in place. I would have preferred velcro here too. The ties work good, but are visually less appealing. All in all, for what we paid, the set suits our needs. High end patio furniture with good, thick cushions are ridiculously expensive, so you get what you pay for. Hopefully this set will last a few years albeit the cushions will need replacing. We paid around $750 plus shipping and there are a lot of pieces for that price. The firepit alone is worth almost half of that.

Love the furniture! One of the chairs came damaged that happened during shipment, but it was quickly replaced. Assembly does take awhile. Otherwise, we are looking forward to using them as soon as they are fully assembled.

I do not recommend. I purchased this set based on manufacturer statements about their high quality compared to other manufacturers. This set is at least $300 higher than others on Amazon or Walmart. Turns out their quality is no better than other, less expensive options. Issues: 1. Damaged door pull on firetable. 2. Poor quality of the plastic rattan weave. Had a 2" piece of rattan missing from the couch (3 seat) side panel. (I wove a piece in to fix). Also several areas where the rattan was scraped or partially cut. 3. Rattan weave on firetable is a different color shade than the chairs and side table (red/brown instead of brown). 4. Missing weld on the metal base of the swivel chairs. 5. Cover for the 3 person couch is OK, BUT there is only one cover for both swivel chairs which means you will have to rearrange furniture putting both swivel chairs side by side to cover... I expected a cover for each swivel chair. There is NO WAY that I could repack the boxes to return so I will keep, but I strongly recommend going with a less expensive brand.

I have really enjoyed this set so far! Product quality is great and seat cushions are thick & comfortable. Great starter set for a patio and good for entertaining. The covers are also a really nice plus and pretty easy to put on. The set will come in three packages, but the packages all arrived to me on the same date. Assembly takes a while, so would recommend having someone to work with to cut down on assembly time. Cushions will take a day or so to fully expand, as they are vacuum sealed for shipping.
