This set is definitely worth the price! Couch and Love Seat were easy to build! Chairs were a little more difficult but worth it for the swivel! The furniture will definitely last for years! Very deep and big furniture!! Seat cushions are very nice and comfy! Back cushions could be better but saw another review about adding foam so will for sure try that! Really enjoy this patio furniture, very comfortable and esthetically pleasing. All pieces and parts are very well made with plenty of hardware. A couple of concerns though I felt should be shared: Primarily, an Allen wrench is provided for assembly and if all you use is the latter...it will take you a weekend to put everything together. My suggestion is a small ratchet with and Allen adapter and a cordless drill with an Allen adapter. Secondly, the instructions for assembly are not the best so I had to look ahead in the instructions to make sure my thinking was correct.

I purchased the five piece patio set and couldn’t be more pleased! Yes, the items came in three different shipments, but I was prepared for that having read other reviews. The instructions were pretty straightforward on how to put the pieces together. When I did run into a problem putting a piece together, customer service was extremely fast answering questions. Well after normal customer service hours. This is the kind of customer service other companies should provide as it is often that people are putting items together or running into problems after normal business hours. One suggestion I do have is for the seatback cushions that you buy foam and fold it and insert into the back pieces and then use the foam filling a broken up to fill in the empty space. This will make the back cushions much more stable and comfortable. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this item to anyone looking for comfortable seating, especially the glider rocker. It is amazing. I’ve had company over this last week and everyone complimented me on how nice it looked and how comfortable it was. This was an excellent purchase, very reasonably priced and a very good value for the price.

Needed to update our Patio Set and this one didn’t disappoint! Steel frame and heavy duty, durable weaving should last years. Not a single screw was missing from hardware set as happens with some others. Had one small question/issue and it was resolved within 24 hrs as promised; great customer service. It complements our pool deck perfectly, and the coffee table storage capability is a huge bonus.
