I was really apprehensive buying furniture online, simply because there is so much junk out there. I scoured online reviews—not just on Amazon, but other sites as well—because I'm a cynic that believes 90% of many sellers flood their reviews with fake posts, and I didn't want to be sucked in by a high review that was actually illegitimate. So, I can say this is a really nice set. First of all (and I know sometimes this is an issue)—it is a proper, adult size! No midget, super low or ridiculously tiny dimensions. Secondly, it's actually quality. The cushions are firm and comfortable. The aluminum, while by no means heavy duty, is perfectly fine and and the weight makes it easy to move around. Still, I'm not concerned that the furniture will go blowing around in the slightest storm. Finally, and this is important, I interacted with the seller and it was a joy. I had two pieces that had some issues when they arrived. One was a piece of the table, which was buckled out and already rusting. Another was an arm to one of the chairs which had paint that was missing and I worried would rust. I reached out to the seller and told them what was happening and they offered either monetary compensation to keep it as-is, or to send me the parts I wanted to replace free of charge. I told them what I needed and they said they would send it and apologized it would take 5-8 business days (which I did not think was long at all), and it ended up arriving sooner than that. They included everything I asked for. Here's the thing, though: you need to know EXACTLY what you need and tell them EVERYTHING. I mentioned not only the table and chair aluminum pieces, but I also asked for extra screws, because I worried the ones I had already used would be stripped. They sent me everything I asked for, but not an instruction book or an allen wrench (thankfully I had kept both). There was one screw that was a different size that I hadn't asked for and so I had to reuse it, but it was fine. So just make sure you request what you need! Assembly was what you would expect. The only thing is the screws are not the best—which is why I worried that I would be able to remove them and reuse them when I had to replace the two parts. Other than that, sure it took some times, but it wasn't particularly hard. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend!

I'm an idiot. It's impossible for me to assemble anything. My family banned me after the "swinger incident". However, I put this together by myself in under 3 hours. Extra hardware was included.

I'm very impressed with the quality of this set for the price. The cushions are great and sturdy, which I hope will hold up after sitting for long periods. It's an accurate modern set. The setup was straightforward. I love how each piece is put together the same way. We have extra screws, which is also lovely! I love the covers they come with as well. Shipping was speedy, and all the boxes were delivered simultaneously. Very happy and hope it holds up for a few years!

After ordering this set, we received an email from the seller confirming the set would be in five boxes which may arrive at different times. All boxes were received within a week. The instructions were clear and all pieces fit together extremely well; the set appears very sturdy. A selling point was that the set included four covers; no cover for the table. All covers have a draw string at the bottom for security. We had two problems with the covers. The cover for the 3 seat sofa had a hole where the seam wasn’t stitched completely and a cover for a chair had a broken cinching mechanism for the draw string. I emailed the vendor who responded in less than 24 hours and stated new covers would be shipped. For the quality, the value and the customer service, we would order this set again.

We redid 4 outdoor spaces for the summer so ended up buying a ton of different sets. This was for the front patio. Of all the furniture we put together (and it was a lot), this was the easiest set. Every thing lined up and went in easy. We had two people but we could have done it with one. It comes together very solid. The cushions are great, they fit nicely. Of all the sets we got, this is the only one that came with actual covers that fit nicely. Its so well packaged. There is no chance this comes scratched. Again - best version of the sets we got, other brands and other orders usual get dinged a bit in shipping but these were absolutely perfect. Finally, great customer service. Was not expecting them to be so helpful and responsive- we needed to get the set quickly and they were so helpful to make sure we got it in time.

The picture looks better then the experience in person. I loved the fact the furniture is sturdy when put together. But it's not comfortable, so that takes the enjoyment out of having the set.
