I was super excited about this couch, it's comfortable and exactly what we needed. However, three weeks in and the zipper has popped on the cushion and now I'm on the phone arguing with amazon that I do not want to ship back an ENTIRE FREAKING COUCH to replace one cushion. My only other option is to accept a 25% refund on the purchase price, but there is no option to buy just that cushion so then I have to try to find someone who can replace the zipper and in the meantime we can't sit on that part of the couch. This is ridiculous and Amazon really needs to do better. I'm just flabbergasted that they can't replace one piece, so what? They're going to take back the entire couch and trash it and send me another one? In the meantime I guess we'll sit on the floor. Thanks Amazon 🤘 ... show more
