I purchased this at a discount and it will be a Christmas present for my family. My daughter loves ice cream and slushies so I thought using frozen fruit would be healthy and good for all of us. Can't wait to try it out.

    • Disappointing.
This is fairly easy to use, but I was unhappy with the large chunks. I expected more of a smooth product. I also was disappointed by how much fruit was left unprocessed in the machine, making it unnecessarily difficult to clean.

I initially was thrilled with this product - made delicious frozen treats and we even figured out how to make that creamy frozen yogurt texture we were hoping for. BUT- after 2 uses, the white part that "grinds" the fruit up began to get mold inside of it. I could not figure out where moisture or food was getting into it, but it clearly was. I am very upset that this happened- especially since my entire family really enjoyed this product. However, the mold that continued to grow was disgusting and made it impossible and unhealthy to use again. Very disappointing!! Waste of money, time, and resources. ... show more

    • Cleaning process took too long
I’ve only used the appliance once. I didn’t love it because the cleaning process took way too long. The product that does come out is like sorbet, but the fruit was stuck inside while cleaning. I had to wash it out and let the water flow through for longer than I would have liked.

    • Does not work well
I used a similar product before but the difference is the other one had metal blades. This one the "blades" are plastic which makes it near impossible to grind the fruit up.

I have just gotten this product and have used it once. It was easy to use and the sorbet (blueberry/banana) was very good. Easy to clean this item too.

    • Color challenged, no yogurt
I thought i ordered red. It is oddly yellow and i don't want to drive 30 min to return it. Get a color wheel. It is called a sorbet and frozen yogurt maker. I do not see instructions on how to make frozen yogurt. Please send me instructions. So far a rocky start
