I purchased this option for two purposes, our inground swimming pool and our solar palens in the winter. In addition to pool duty, we use the aluminum pole (not included with this item) to remove snow from our solar panels. With the 20" brush, it only takes a few passes to remove the show off our many panels in the winter. In the summer, this brush is used in and around the pool Item arrive on time. Item looked just like the item pictured Item appears durable enough after about 1 year of use, we found , as others, the brush to be falling apart. The price on the brush is relatively low, so when i purchased this brush, i did so with the understanding that i would replace it after 1 year. I think the show duty and the pool duty take their toll on brushes. i was hoping the brush might have been a little heavier, a little more weight would help with brushing jobs, I have owned many brushes like these in the past and this one is about on par, maybe a little less quality that i have seen with similiar brushes. ... show more

    • Grey nylon brushes falling out.

As noted by other users, it is a good brush that works well and adjustable for many of the floor angles. It is NOT durable. I have owned it for 2 years and used it about 10 times. The latest time I noticed the grey nylon bristles in my skimmer. They are just falling out. Not sure if it is the chemicals or what have caused this to happen. I would guess it is the manufacturing process. It starts out straight and then heated to form the curves on the end. This affects the adherence to of the bristles to the frame. ... show more
