After reading the reviews I was nervous my hose would not fit. The gray hose connecter was too small for my hose BUT it's just an adapter, if you unscrew the adapter it gives you a larger option to screw the hose into which fit perfectly! There are no instructions so you just have to face it as logically as you can like you would a puzzle. I see some people have trouble connecting the handle to the base of the vacuum but for me it was no problem, simply slip out the white plastic rod from the vacuum base, insert the handle base and put the rod back in through the holes to secure, then there are plastic nubs to add the longer parts of the pole handle on, you just push them in with your finger and the pole will slide over them. I have a 9ft above ground pool and was able to utilize half the extending rods to easily clean my pool. I have a large tree over my pool that constantly drops tiny flower petals and leaves and this vacuum is a lifesaver and cuts down on my skimming time. No it doesn't work for fine sand at the bottom but I didn't expect it to, I'm just happy it can get the tiny debris particles out without having to spend a ton of money! Also for some reason my deluxe package came with a skimmer attachment which I wasn't expecting because it wasn't advertised as part of the package but oh well I guess I have an extra skimmer in case my other one breaks.

I am not usually impressed and most things don't work like they're supposed to but I am definitely impressed with this little lightweight machine!!! It does work like it is supposed to! The net picked up sand and kept it in the net and I can see it!! This is sand/dirt my DE filter blew back into the pool which usually my regular pool net just stirs it around but this little gadget took it out immediately! Powerful suction and very lightweight and easy to assemble and use!!! I'd like to give the engineer who designed this Kokido a freaking medal!! I have owned my pool for 35 years and never came across anything this great! It will save my back big time from cleaning the bottom of my pool. LOVE IT!!! Get one, you will not be disappointed!! No hoses!! Light! Easy and works fantastic!

#1 comes without instructions. #2 worked great for a few minutes, pulled dirt and leaves off the bottom of pool. Then we couldn’t keep the easy Release attached. It kept popping off. After 5 attempts we were frustrated #3 the piece that connects to the hose is so cheap we had a hard time taking it off . We returned the item. If pieces weren’t plastic. It probably would have worked great.

I was very skeptical about purchasing this maintenance kit for my swim spa, because the quality looked cheap online (and the some of the reviews were not that great.) However, this little vacuum and net are AMAZING!!! It doesn't use any electricity! It uses the water suction from the hose. It picked up all of the nasty, small particles from the bottom and sides of my swim spa. My swim spa floor (and water) are sparkling!!!! And the net traps everything inside! It was super easy to assemble, is made of thick, strong plastic (not flimsy or cheap at all!) JUST BUY IT!!!!

I bought this for my kids 12 foot pool and it works great. I came to the comments and searched high and low for what size hose hookup the vacuum uses because it only says standard. I purchased a 1/2 hose and it fits perfectly! I haven’t had any issues so far.
