This has lasted us 2 years now as being a chlorine floater. The reason for the 4 stars is almost instantly the thermometer broke on it. It was worth the money in my opinion. Even though the thermometer broke it's still floating and letti.g the chlorine out of the bottom.

This is a great floating pool chlorinator for above ground pools. It’s sturdy and very aesthetically pleasing. That thermometer on it helps out tremendously in the summer when trying to figure out the water temperature. Only negative I would give it would be that the bottom piece you open for chlorine flow seems to be kind of flimsy. This is our first year using this item so we will see how long the bottom piece holds up. ... show more
