Good quality for the price. Make sure to read reviews for tips on building. Make sure they are right way around. Easy to screw backwards. Took about 6 hours by myself so not bad at all!! Great quality fabric, per approved. Hair and dirt wipe right off. Make sure to match up cushions before trying to fit in cases. Had my kids try to help with that one and he got confused quick lol. I personally said everything up and arranged it so I could see each of my pieces and items and where they needed to be before putting it together. Even after doing so had to take one of the upper railings unscrew it and turn it around because it was backward. If you live in high wind area I do recommend stitching the ties a few times to reinforce them. I few snapped after 60 mile hour winds but easily fixed. We spray the netting with bug spray before dusk works wonders!! If you can't stake the rails I recommend purchasing sand bags to place around the poles. Cheap 25 dollars to keep it grounded. The media could not be loaded. So we’ll start with the flaws. As u can see in the photos, some of the holes did not line up when assembling the wicker, which we thought we were going crazy based on the directions. But nope, it’s not us it’s u (the furniture). So the ends (arms) are a bit wobbly/unsteady, some of the cushion came either dirty or moldy (but oh well, can’t do anything about that? Also, the cushions were SO hard to put into the covers!!! And be warned there are 2 different sizes so measure first before trying to fit them in! The furniture comes with tools, but we used our own screw driver bc it was faster and longer. Took us about 3-4 hours to put together. It was WORK! Definitely need at least 2 people. …but the backs are very sturdy. We had our family over and it was a HIT! Very comfy and soft! And it looks beautiful! We love the turquoise-y color! I even took a nap on it one day, so relaxing! Just need to add some pillows :) This was the cheapest outdoor set we found, and we looked allllllll over Amazon, Walmart, target, Home Depot, and Lowe’s! We scoured the internet and even came across some at overstock and those other online stores but nothing compared to THIS SET!!!! And we’re also glad it came with a table (glass cover), it’s pretty sturdy too. Anyways definitely recommend this!! If u don’t mind it coming a bit dirty and not perfect, this will definitely make ur outdoor area look WOW! Lol ... show more

Overall love our purchase...fantastic quality and love the color. TOOL need to know...we cut the Allen key to fit into handrill...cut installation time in half...set drill to low torque setting not to strip bolt head. If you are thinking about this set...go for it!

They had no instructions in the box to assist me on how to assemble the sad. It’s a very nice set. However, it’s at me eight hours to put this together.

I ordered this furniture set to go with my newly renovated backyard in anticipation of a Father's Day cookout. Unfortunately it was unusable for the event as 5 of the square bottom cushions did not inflate when removed from the vacuum sealed packaging. It is possible to sit on without the cushions but it is very uncomfortable. Also one of the back of the chairs could not be completely assembled as the bar the screw goes into was missing the drilled threads so the screw had nothing to bite into. My husband was able to remedy this by using a self-tapping screw he happened to have. I want to like this product but until I get useable cushions, it's just taking up space in my backyard and I'm out $515. I communicated the issue to the seller and am still waiting to hear from them. I will update this review if anything happens. UPDATE: I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. After a few weeks of back and forth with the seller, they did send me replacement cushions which fully inflated and are useable. The new cushions are visibly dingy and dirty but it's not really a big deal since they will be going into the covers anyway. Overall I would not recommend this product due to the time, effort and frustration spent resolving issues. ... show more

Overall this is a very good value for all the pieces that are included. The quality is just as described and the couch is comfortable for sitting. We did have an issue with a torn cover but the seller was very responsive and got a replacement shipped right away. Excellent customer service! When assembling the product some of the bolt holes did not line up exactly and needed to carefully thread the bolt. All in all very happy with the purchase. ... show more

The furniture is of good quality. However, if you get anxiety and frustrated when putting things together, this is not the set for you. It took many hours to put together and the instructions are not very helpful. Love the end product. But getting there took a long time.
