We received 3 boxes in 2 shipments. The seller advised us that the boxes had different tracking numbers. Everything came within the time mentioned on Amazon. Easy to assemble if you use your own tools. Cushions were easy to put in covers. Overall it was a good experience and it looks great in my patio. Family says it’s comfortable!

The finished product is all that mattered but the assembly could have been handled better. I received three boxes and everything was wrapped neatly and tightly. The accessories and instructions were all inside all three boxes. It would have helped if the company could have placed a sticker on each item. This would shave at least 30 - 45 minutes altogether which turned into trial and error parts of the assembly process. Once figured out its a snap to assemble, it took me a total of 3 - 4 hours spaced out between two days on a weekend. The end result is very nice, Plusses - Great looking product, not hard to assemble, once you assemble one chair everything else is easy. Minuses - Stickers on the product would have been better it would have shaved time down.

I am pleasantly surprised with the build quality and look of it. There is a place or two where the plastic is broken in the corners but that’s to be expected. They’re comfortable and assembly was straight-forward. I would buy it again. Very interested to see how it holds up.

Purchased this “Outdoor Patio Set” less than a year ago. If you want something that will last this is not it. Your chairs will quickly end up looking like junk. Tried to resolve the issue with the seller. Their response was exposure to sunlight and rain can cause the problem. Exposure to sunlight!!?? It’s an outdoor patio set!!! I live in sunny Los Angeles. Rain is a non factor. I used the set 1/2 dozen times. Don’t waste your money!! Pay a little more and get something worthwhile.

Just received ours and put it all together. The written instructions could be better. Worst of all is putting the cushions in the canvass covers… was a NIGHTMARE!!! Was extremely difficult. If it were up to me I would have cut them smaller but wife stopped me. Would be a good idea to have more zippers

At first I was very displeased with the patio set. We assembled the structure and everything looked of good quality, but then I opened all the cushions. They come vacuum packed, but after expanding they were all very different in thickness. Some were 1 inch thick, others 4. I contacted the seller to report these issues and they responded quickly saying they would help, but to kindly wait a week or so to see if the cushions expanded more. To my surprise they did! They are now all very uniform and comfortable. The only thing I might do is buy a rubber mat for under the cushions to prevent them from slipping. Otherwise I would say it's perfect!
