The media could not be loaded. When putting it together I found a few flaws but the company was willing to replace the parts that were flawed. It is kinda low to the ground so if you’re tall - this probably isn’t for you. Definitely pay attention to those measurements. My main complaint was that a cushion came molded and some of the woven pieces already cracking but since I already had it half put together and the hassle to ship back wasn’t worth it to me I kept it and pretty happy with it. The outside cushions are easy to clean and pretty comfortable to sit on for smaller people not sure how they are for larger people.. for reference we are only 5ft 3 and 5ft 9. I really love this set. It it exactly as pictured, fits my space well and is very comfortable! My only complaint is that it was a bit frustrating to assemble. The nuts and bolts are in tight spaces making it difficult to reach and tighten. We purchased this item about 2 years ago and here are some observations. First, it does the job, with a few issues that are able to be worked out. Don't expect it to be comfortable, it's not, it's a basic set, but usable. The cushions are short in the back and therefore not supportive, you will need extra pillows to make it comfy, not a big deal. The end piece moves and needs to be attached better. The cushions ARE washable, but be ready for a mess when you remove them. There is a lining that deteriorates badly and when you remove the cushions to wash them that lining must be removed. I suggest you remove the lining up front when assembling them, it's useless. I had lining all over my back yard in shreds and it took hours to chase it around in the wind, it's sandy texture, like toilet paper. I washed the cushions, used Oxi Clean and they came out decent. Would I buy again, probably, since the price is so good, but I would buy in a darker color, I have the light tan and they really get dirty fast. My sectional is under a roof so I can't comment about how well it would do in the outdoor elements. Hope this helps you. ... show more
