I am 72. I put these steps on my Tacoma in about 2 hours. Instructions are super clear. Few hand tools are needed The truck has threaded holes ready to use, the steps can be installed without getting under the truck, just lay beside it. I say these are pretty good for $200.. the instructions were easy to follow. It took me like an hour and a half to install both sides. It fit perfectly on a 2026 toyata tacoma trd sport, made the truck look way better and much easier to get inside.

I do not do many reviews... maybe two in 10 years. I just got these today and put them on. It took me an hour and change. Could do another set in 1/2 that time after doing one. Instructions are very simple and clear. Only mistake you can make is not following them. One thing I would suggest is a rechargeable 3/8 ratchet or air gun. There is a lot on finger tightening and removal of 12 bolts from the panel. DO NOT tighten with anything but hand ratchet. Just play it safe. There is plenty of slack with the slots to install on the truck and then the running boards attach to the brackets easily. As the instruction say, do not tighten down until finished getting it all on. They just work as far as easy install. Will have to wait a while as to durability. Like another review, I think the plastic end cap attachment could be improved. Love the 3 year warranty. Would buy again if needed for another vehicle. ... show more

Easy to install, they look great, and help people get into my truck easily. My 2018 Toyota Tundra had all the bolts on the truck except the front upper bolts which had lots of rust in the threads. You may have to rethread them to fasten the new bolt to the underside of the truck.
