  • I am in a wheelchair and this is the only way I can shoot great videos and photos. Best tripod
This was a gift to me and I could not be MORE HAPPY with this TRIPOD !! Not only does it allow you to , in a fast second you can go from shooting photos right in front of you and then just as fast as you can more your hands that thing moves with you, it's amazing , I use this to shoot photos of birds and flowers and dogs, I have a group on Facebook that this Tripod has truly shown its worth by the fantastic shots I get now . I did have a very good one before but NOTHING THIS GOOD, I love how the legs can flip up like they do and how small you can make the tripod, I love the ball on it so you can really flow with whatever action you are shooting with your camera. I have nothing but Great things to say about this. So durable, I am in a wheelchair and I drop things a lot, well I have broken my prior tripod just by it hitting the ground this WON'T BREAK Unless you really try hard, and as hard as I am on my equipment due to my disability , this gets an A+ FOR EVERYTHING .......You won't regret buying this at all, you will love this and fyi the colors are wonderful the rose gold ish color with the black , looks great as well as the monopod , the monopod is fantastic too, I can hold my tripod on my foot plates on my wheelchair and just ride as I take video or when I see a bird flying up high, I have even shot stars really and they came out wonderful , with out this tripod my photos were just ok now they are wonderful . I hope you enjoy this as much as I am I LOVE MY TRIPOD I just added a few photos of the tripod , it is amazing I use it every day, It is fantastic , It let's me shoot the sky then right away go right to the ground , all with a flawless move... A wonderful addition to anyone's camera and photography if you are new or experienced either way you will truly enjoy this. It is the best money I have spent aside for the money we paid for my Canon Camera I have that I bought second hand and found out later it was a five hundred dollar camera I paid only sixty dollars for.. Good luck and have fun with this ya'll it is a great tool for on the go ... show more

  • Must have for any videographer!
The TYCKA 56” Camera Tripod is a must-have for any photographer or videographer who wants to capture stunning shots with ease. As a professional photographer, I have used many tripods, but this one stands out for its durability, portability, and versatility. One of the things I love about this tripod is how lightweight it is. I can easily carry it around for long hours without feeling weighed down. Plus, it comes with a convenient carry bag that makes it easy to transport and protect. The 360-degree ball head is another great feature that makes it easy to capture different angles and perspectives. The quick release plate is also a handy feature that allows me to switch between camera and tripod quickly. Overall, I highly recommend the TYCKA 56” Camera Tripod to any photographer or videographer. It's a high-quality, versatile, and affordable tripod that is perfect for both indoor and outdoor photography. It has been my go-to tripod since I bought it and has helped me capture some of my best shots. ... show more

  • Solid tripod considering the price
Picked this up after seeing something like this recommended on a photography forum. My other tripods were starting to fail and I wanted something I could take with me easily and not break the bank. So far it works great, compact, super light, and easy to use. I have not figured out the monopod conversion yet as the instructions are a bit hard to follow, but it's been solid otherwise. ... show more

  • Has its limits - particularly with heavier kit - but, on the whole, a solid travel tripod
I took this tripod with me on a 12-day trip in Europe and feel like I've put this thing through its paces. I've also used it a fair amount at home, particularly for long-exposure shots at night. For reference, I shoot with a Canon 5D IV with attached battery pack and a 28-70 L 2.8 II or 70-200 L 2.8 II lens. THE GOOD: On the whole, this thing is fairly sturdy. It's a great travel tripod: it's fairly light and is quite compact when fully folded. I brought a heavy duty camera backpack with me and was able to fit this in the bag easily along with a bunch of other accessories, lenses, and the body itself. Everything feels solid, and I don't get too worried that the tripod is going to abruptly fall over, taking my camera with it. The ability to remove one of the legs to make a monopod is also a nice touch. And all of these features for, in the world of tripods, a pretty low price, relatively. THE BAD: I'm not going to hold this against the product, per se, because I should have set my expectations accordingly. After all, what I could I reasonably expect from a $60 tripod while using $5000 of equipment? This thing simply can't handle a full-sized body with a heavy-duty lens. It actually handles the 5D IV, battery pack, and 28-70 fairly well. I can get long exposure shots (e.g., 15-30 seconds) with no problem. The tripod holds the lens where I place it and I don't get any appreciable blur in my images. The 70-200, on the other hand, is simply too much for this tripod. I can't do long exposure shots with this lens because the tripod simply can't keep the camera up - there's a small but nevertheless appreciable drift that happens with this lens that makes long-exposure shots unobtainable. Higher shutter speeds aren't a problem and I still use this tripod for that purpose, even with the heavier lens. While there is a panorama ring on the tripod, I find it to be fairly unimpressive and unreliable. I simply shoot panoramas by sight because I find the ring too unreliable. OVERALL: For $60, I'm not going to complain too much about this tripod, and as a travel tripod it's an awesome product at this price points. It's shortcomings aside, I'm still going to keep this thing in my bag, though I will be on the lookout for a sturdier - and more expensive - tripod in the future. It's reasonably well-built, sturdy, and gets the job done. It's not for everyone, particularly those with beefier setups, but, overall, it's a solid piece of equipment. ... show more

  • Sturdy, lightweight and well made
I wanted a lightweight tripod that is sturdy and well made and this one checks all those boxes. It fits in my pouch on the side of my backpack so I can carry it that way. OR it comes with a real nice bag with a strap. I like the ball head too. Very adjustable. Perfect for hiking and using in the field. ... show more
