These are fairly straightforward and they work except for the screws. So do yourself a favor and go to the hardware store and replace the screws with something that will actually not strip.

    • Only negotiates 100Mbps/Full Duplex

I Connected directly to my PC and got 1000Mbps/Full Duplex. Then I threw this on there and could only get 100Mbps/Full. I used all Cat6 cables. I even swapped out the cables to make sure that wasn't it. There must be defects in some of these. Caused me to waste a lot of time diagnosing the issue.

Not only did my order only come with one plate, despite being labeled as a “2 pack”, but it also didn’t include an RJ45 connector. I essentially spent eight bucks for a useless wall plate, and two screws. Two giant thumbs down!

Better than ones you get at a big box store like HD or Lowest where you have to cut the end and then run each wire to connect For this you simply connect to the adapter and then run your new line to the modem/router or switch. So nice.
