If your looking to purchase a metal detector and get the most bang for your buck, this HAZLEWOLKE TX-850 PRO is at the top of the list, I’m not a professional detector but I have friends I go with that are crazy about it they have different detectors for different areas different size coils for different situations…etc detectors that cost more then $1000. I didn’t have that kinda budget for a hobby and one of my friends said he’d be surprised if I found a detector that worked well in the highly mineralized soil we have in are area for less the $600. I looked for weeks before this detector happened to pop up and it sounded like it had the best possible solution I could ask for an with a price I could not believe Amazon had it included in a flash sale and I snagged it for $189.00! When I got it I brought out with a couple of my friends who had their expensive fancy detectors and we set out some targets to see how this detector performed and at the end of the day we were all very impressed the HAZLEWOLKE TX 850 PRO is easy to use the best value for the money and the quality is very good and I actually started going and detecting places more cause I was actually finding things second time out found an old civil war era buckle and a few other random items and the best part what we all hope to find this thing detects gold almost as well as those 600+ dollar detectors If your in the market for a detector but don’t want to commit to spending a fortune for one this HAZLEWOLKE TX850 PRO is the right choice! I've had a couple of days to test it out in field. I went over the manual a few times and became familiar with the operation. The main areas I've been searching have been in parks, and the soil is really consistent. I search with disc mode set at 40, gain at at 50%. It's really easy to use, gives pretty accurate identification of targets. So far i've found lots of pop tops, a handful of coins, a 925 silver necklace, and a 14k gold ring. The ring paid the cost of the detector. It's been a great introduction into metal detecting. Awesome machine at a really affordable price!

This is my first metal detector, and I'm just a beginner hobbyist. This seems like a good entry level metal detector. I like that it has settings for different terrains. It seems to accurately detect metals of different kinds too. Pretty cool! The metal detector is easy to assemble. It has a large coil that can cover a good amount of area. It's lightweight, and it doesn't take a lot of strength to hold for a few periods. This makes the hobby more accessible to people of all types. It's height adjustable too. It would be good for older children, but I would say it's too tall for small children. It is also good at keeping people active. Before long, you've taken a walk. This detector can find even small pieces of gold or other metals. You never know what you might find. Did they really bury that money under the old oak tree? Well, now you can see if the legends are true without having to dig up the whole tree. This metal detector seems like it's good quality. I like the display and all the different features. You can really hone in your preferences. There are a few accessories included too. I recommend this to anyone looking for a fairly priced and fairly featured metal detector. I can go out looking for that screw I dropped in the grass. I'll find it one day!

The product was very easy to put together. I bought this item for my 75 year old husband for Christmas. And he loves it. He has only gotten to use it a couple of times because of the weather but it worked great. Lightweight! And ready to handle. My friend bought one for her husband too and he feels the same way. Came used and I don’t trust that it works correctly. There are absolutely no instructions for tuning or finding the right type of metal. It is not accurate because I waved it over some gold that I have and it didn’t do anything, but it sure worked on metal. Cheaply made and not worth saving money if it doesn’t work
