We got this Twister Arm Trainer for our teens who are trying to build muscle without having to go to the gym. It's been a really good addition to their weight room, and the girls even like using this over the some of the other arm weights. This thing can be used in a variety of ways, and adjusts to different positions quickly, without having to use any tools to do so. It is simple to use, and can be used to strengthen the legs, as well as the arms and chest muscles. The handles have thick, non-slip foam, so they feel super comfortable to grip—no digging into my hands at all. What I like most is that I can adjust the resistance! That means I can start at my own level and slowly build up without it feeling too hard or too easy in the beginning. I usually grab it in the evening while watching TV and do a few sets.
