This home arm and chest trainer makes those days when we can't go to the gym much easier. Highly recommended! It comes with different resistance levels so you can strengthen and tone your chest and muscles. I loved it! 😎

For use at home and travel very comfortable

Very practical for use in the house, it works on various areas of the body and has a foam grip for when the hands sweat they do not slip. My husband likes it.

Excellent for Home Workouts
Color: Bright Blue
This arm trainer is very practical and sturdy. I like that it allows you to adjust the resistance and work your arms, chest, and shoulders. The handles are comfortable and non-slip, and it’s also easy to store and carry. A great option for exercising at home without taking up much space.

Quick workout
I bought this so I could work out quickly at home. while I wait for the oven to finish cooking my dinner. In particular, I don't have time to go to the gym after work. It's really easy to set up. You can switch between your three resistance settings. I felt good about myself after working out for a few weeks to tone my arms, shoulders, and chest. I even recovered a few muscles. I enjoy this workout equipment of thing so far.
