Excellent purchase: the 5-level resistance system allows it to be perfectly adapted to my current strength and then increased as I improve. Excellent arm trainer however the only gripe i have is that it hurts the forearms due to the bend of the outer arm placements when using the inside bars. Otherwise it still makes my chest pump after a set of 30 top, mid and bottoms. Considering the price of the one being marketed on social media, this is for sure a good middle ground.
